I reckon they have every chance IF Rafa plays a full strength team. Utd are not playing well just now (although still picking up results)

I know Vidic came of V Fulham, we could do without him playing!

Anyone know if Crouch is fit? He could cause problems if there's no Vidic! I'm really looking forward to this game as I think the Mickeys have a chance of helping us out, and we already know, even on other threads in a Chelsea forum, the 2 clubs are bitter rivals and neither will want the other to win.

In the last 3 games I've seen Utd they've been lucky.

Liverpool beat Barca in their own backyard and won 4-0 in their last game.

Our name could still be on it.

Down to 6 pts with a game in hand by Saturday night - oh I'll be out on the piss if it happens!!

Come on...admit it, you'll be out on the piss on Saturday night regardless of the gap between us and ManU. icon_wink.gificon_lol.gif

i'm not getting my hopes up too much. you can always rely on liverpool to let you down.

the equation is simple:

we MUST beat Utd

then they have to draw two matches.

I don't care which matches they draw. chances are they will be when least expected - maybe in the manchester derby or away to everton.

of course this all supposes that we win all our remaining games. won't be easy but we can do it.

if liverpool do manage to turn utd over then all to the good.

I'ts nothing to do with liverpool doing us a favour, at the end of the season each team will have played each other twice with everyone trying to win as many games as possible. The league winner will be the team that wins the most games - doesn't matter if you lose to liverpool or westham you still drop 3 points. That said liverpool represents one of the best chances of manu dropping points.

Ok, should we beat United, and Liverpool get at least a draw against them, we still need to win all of our remaining matches and need them to drop points in another match. I'm not losing hope until it's mathematically impossible for us to catch United, but I do realise it takes a bit of a miracle for us to be able to win the third consecutive title.

Liverpool can beat us, but not a ManUtd for us, so f**k this Scourcers and I believe both teams will lose points, it`s still long way to the finish, so for me it`s better to think about our own games. We have a very difficult schedule in April and May, plus CL final and FA Cup final. F**k scourcers!!!! C`mon Chelsea!!!!!

But, don`t you think, I will be happy if unique Stevie and quality Bellamy show themselves.

Remember, after scored goal Stevie will send kisses to us, first of all. icon_lol.gif

If we beat ManU and Pool does the same then we can win the title even if ManU wins all the other games. If they continue winning games with only a goal and we start winning by 3 goals then it's far from impossible for us to catch up with them.

Got a strong feeling that the scouse scum will field a weakened team today, resting key players for the Barca game midweek. Hope I'm wrong, as it's probably the first time I've ever wanted a scouse side to win icon_sad.gif
