Whether we like it or not, approve of it or not, social media is the modern indicator and device for opinion. Chelsea FC would be very amiss to sit back and watch other clubs use it without also using it.

I don't think the accounts should ever go out to abuse another side but they should be free to respond to claims made by others about the club. I like this particular one, shows those on the accounts are actual Chelsea fans instead of emotionless robots posting one line quotes by the players in interviews

Do you really think they should get involved with the twitter sh*tfights that these types of thing are associated with?

Why pursue an argument in this matter when José has such a large pulpit from which to preach? This is the type of victim sh*t you'd expect from scousers.

I like it, bitter scousers, mancs and gooners are going to say its unprofessional but really they'll just whine about anything we do when we're dominating on the pitch.

Very glad the club have done this.

Nobody else will stand up for us so we'll just have to do it for ourselves.

It's not like the club are making it up.

It needs to be said.

I love it personally. The support for Jose recently and now this really helps put Chelsea's side forward, officially.

Its all very well "TweetChelseaFC" and "ChelseaStats" etc posting pics but its much more effective when an account with millions of followers does it. Love it.

Maybe José could go on sky and refute them. Would they let him?

Or maybe one of their own pundits could refute their points. Someone like Neville perhaps.

As it is we've posted a couple of images out of context to continue a silly argument that José only engaged in so that he didn't have to actually talk about how Blanc out-coached him.

They are entirely in context. The context being that pundits with a track record of haranguing officials are condemning our players and manager for doing exactly that. Yes, it's points-scoring, but it's definitely not out of context, as it's backing up in pictures the words of the manager in his press conference. In this day and age of social media, I don't see a problem with it. The media is not a level playing field when it comes to its treatment of us, and it's fair enough to provide a tiny counter-balance to that.
