Butch is definately one of us. Loved when he was working here. Hope to see him back.

Reports have said that Holland won't be replaced. I do wonder if they're creating some space for JT as there was talk of them finding a new role for him within the club. 

It is interesting that Lampard has been around the club recently and he being allowed to watch training, attend Christmas meal etc. 

Would really expect that JT and Lamps continue to be part of Chelsea in some way. Don't want them doing a Veira and ending up at City. 

I wouldn't mind seeing JT move into that role.

No, i don't want us going all United and offering club legends crucial coaching roles just because they are legends. The position of club assistant should be promotions from within like we did for Clarke and Holland, which means Adi Viveash is next in line. If JT, Lamps, Didier want first team coaching roles or even the big gig they should take on one of the development sides and/or start in the lower leagues.
