Hang on a minute, is he working for free then? No? Thought so.

Every member of CFC's staff who's being paid by the club can and will take their share of criticism from fans if we see fit. The day Marina starts botching transfer deals, I'm sure she'll get her fair share of it as well. Then again, maybe we'll have fans like you calling her critics sexist out of nowhere.

Trying to be smart but that was a poor attempt. If you were smart enough to interpret what I meant you would know that I speaking along the lines of using the club as a cash cow to fill their own pockets at the fans expense. Does Emanalo do that? NO he does not.

All I ever hear is that "he signed Papy and Hector", he must go for that, its unforgivable.

So errrr if he signed those two, who signed...Hazard, Pedro, Willian, Teebo, Moses, KDB, Lukaku, Mata, Costa, Cesc, Luiz etc?????

But still no evidence to even suggest that those that dislike him do so because he's Nigerian.

If you had left it at "he's being criticised unfairly" MAYBE people would have thought you could have a point, or at least have respected your opinion.  You brought this on yourself the moment you labelled those who dislike him as racist.

I'm not complaining about people calling me names. I'm just stating what it is and that I don't frankly care.

I didn't sidestep the Kalou bit but let me elaborate on both.

Wenger has been at Arsenal for 20 years. Fans pay thousands of pounds to watch Arsenal and because of him, they have nothing to celebrate most seasons. I can see why they are fed up.

Kalou and Mikel were being paid thousands of pounds by Chelsea and when they didn't perform they were criticised. HOWEVER!!!!, they were also praised when they scored or put in a good performance and I never saw any petition or hate campaign against them or any of our players.

We win the league and Luiz turns out to be a great signing yet there are still more comments complaining about Emanalo for signing Luiz in the first place.

So your problem is you need 100% of the Chelsea fan base to be showering praises on Emenalo right now? Mate, even Jesus himself didn't have 100% of people on his side. You act like it's every fan still not giving him his credit. There will always be those who don't like the man especially after his "The Individual" comments about a club legend at a very emotional time. Deal with it. Not everybody has to like him. He's not being paid big money by Chelsea Football Club to be "liked" or showered praises by fans. He's being paid to be a technical director and essentially chief scout. As long as he keeps Roman happy and his work produces positive results in the team in general, his job is done. Whatever praise he gets from whatever section of Chelsea fans is only a bonus. You can stop crying and calling people racists now.

Among all this, I don't think I've seen one fan come out and say "you're way off the mark about his nationality but I admit I was wrong to harshly judge him. In actual fact, if I weigh up the things he done wrong, then the things he's done right have outweighed that. He's not so bad after all."

I've said that for over a year and I just got the same reaction I got now. In some eyes, nothing he does will ever be good or accepted just because it's him.

I don't think I've seen you admit even once that YOU are way off the mark calling people racists/xenophobes with ZERO evidence either. Why should anyone else make that compromise before you do after disrespecting a lot of people on here? You've not admitted that you crossed the line. Probably because you believe you didn't.

Again stop putting incorrect words into my mouth.

I don't need 100% of Chelsea fans showering his praise. What I need is equality. If you are going to have a pop at him when he does wrong and organise petitions, then give him credit where credit is due when things go right.

EQUALITY PEOPLE!

And what if they don't give him credit when it's due? That makes them racists? I've hardly even criticised the man since he's been at Chelsea but this is just ridiculous of you and you have to admit that.

Nope - me either - I'm outta here because this has just become ridiculous.

I am convinced Konakai blue is paid by Emenalo to post in his defense.

Well yeah in my opinion they are Xenophobes. I wouldn't say racist but from what I've read over the the years and how he gets so much blame and so little praise, it seems to be that a Nigerian man who has no ill intent is unpopular because he's Nigerian. I cannot really understand why else people hate him so much. Even if we have a great summer window and win the treble, people will still refuse to give him any credit or at the very most it will come through gritted teeth.

And as I said, being English myself, I'm not pulling any race card. I'm just a fair person and don't like to unfairly single people out.

Wow, what an Eisteinian conclusion!  All who slam Emenalo are closet racists who hate Africans or blacks.  And in the same breath, you claim you aren't calling out racists.  Irony and paradoxes are somewhere in the middle of your muddled name.

So you don't understand why certain fans won't give him therefore you pull an absolute rubbish theory purely out of thin air that they must be racists/xenophobes. Where is the logic mate?

I think I'm done with this. I'll have to remind myself not to engage in any future debates with you of my own. Might just get called a racist/xenophobe/sexist/whatever can be slung out of nothing.

This is the problem right here. I shouldn't have to defend him.

You are doing because you are paid to do so.  At least that's what I believe.

Sorry for those who feel offended if you think I;m calling you racist. I don't think anyone (well I hope not) on here dislikes black people but I certainly believe that the fact we have a Nigerian on the board has something to do with him being so unpopular.

This hasn't come out of thin air. This is through reading hundreds of comments from spoilt fans who think that he is not capable of being TD of Chelsea Football Club so much so that he is dragging us down.

lol, if you can show fairness and equality I will be happy to debate with you without labelling you as racist or sexist or whatever.

I can't explain my logic anymore. It makes perfect sense. I'm not saying that I'm right as it's just a theory, but it makes no sense why he has and continues to receive so much hate.

Where are those hundreds of comments today?

So if I can't show fairness then you'll be happy to label me one of those. Right.

You have no logic. "Explain anymore"? You never explained it to begin with. "I don't understand why you're all being unfair to him so you're all racists"........how is that an explanation?

Anyway, as I said, I'm done. As you were...

I stated already that I'm not calling anyone a racist. Racism is much deeper than that. But Xenophobe, yes I am saying that. That's my theory. You would trust Gullit as TD but not an unknown Nigerian.

Best all of you can do is to never mention Emanalo again. You will never give credit where credit is due so it's best to act as if he doesn't exists. Will save alot of time and these back and forths.

I will comment or criticise Emenalo as I see fit.  Who are you to order others to shut it in order to defend your beloved Emenalo?  You think you own the forum?
