Getting back on topic, I think we forgot that Don Antonio took a very average Italy side & won their Group in the Euro. We all knew that Don Antonio could win simply with tactics. However this season he showed (well at least to me) that he is a motivator & a manager of the highest order. The way this season has ended all I can do is this

While I don't agree with Konakai Blue's assumption, these are the statements that drive him to making such assumptions. "Worm his way into the club"? This doesn't make you racist or xenophobic but simply ignorant/irrational/unreasonable. What do you know about his path into the club?

From the Jose thread I understood that you can tell others who they should and shouldn't be critisizing.

Well imo you guys are 'relatively' no better than the bitters slating JTs sub. Moaning at anything given the opportunity with a hate agenda so strong that credit is never given and mistakes are magnified. You see a troll, i see trolls.

I seem to love the transfer's that Conte is already trying to implement also. A lot of our dead rubber loanees seem to be getting shipped out permanently (or at least being linked to) instead of these endless loans to multiple clubs again and again. 

In an ideal situation, the number of players we have out on loan would have significantly reduced

I'm tempted to believe Simon's got an account on here.

Just read that Emanalo handles our network of scouts. In other words, he identifies along with the manager the players we should target. 

Marina Granovskaia handles all negotiations. So basically if we fail to reach an agreement to sign a player its down to her and Roman. Emanalo has no control over how much we pay and sell a player for. Financial negation is not in his remit.

We have quite a few people on our board so he is not responsible for everything and certainly not the closing of a transfer deal.

Whilst not professing to be a hater of Emenalo, I do infact think he done a good job on the whole. He isn't without flaws but who is?

This article though contains no direct quotes and appears to be purely the opinion of a journalist who may or may not have good sources at the club.
