I'd guess most of the player recommendations are made in conjunction with the scouting network. I'd be surprised if Emenalo has any direct involvement in actually scouting a player.

Be that as it may, if we sign a 'duff player' Emenalo is still accountable. How do you know "they" were wrong without knowing exactly what Emenalo has done and what he hasn't? Without transparency it's all just conjecture.
