Probably not, but his large price tag will mean he'll be given opportunities over them.

The BBC treat him as a god just because he (annoyingly) insists on over pronunciating player names in a Portuguese accent even when speaking in perfectly fluent English conversations.

Have a lot of time for Vickery. Hear him now and again on Hawksby & Jacobs on TS and he tends to get most things right and always comes across as very knowledgeable and amusing at the same time.

Some one said the same when I posted this 2 years ago... now looking like he might know what he's talking about a bit

But you could say it about every single prospect we sign, without ever having watched them play, and you'd still be right a lot more often than you're wrong.
