@moi An excellent article about Joni in the latest Hi-Fi choice magazine. Would loved to have seen her in concert but unfortunately didn't get the chance. In the article there is a quote from Dave Crosby which is "She's a better poet than Dylan and without question a far better musician."

 

@Boyne  Yes, her poetry is less didactic/polemic than Dylan's.  hers is timeless, whereas his is essentially of the 60's.  So here is another!

I sincerely mean that Moi, And I do try to give you the best from my generation, hopelessly staring at what the world has come to in these past couple of years it seems music is one of the few avenues which is not yet corrupt by the evils we´ve bestowed upon ourselves. This right here is one of the best examples, one of the definitive albums of this decade for us youngsters.
