We actually signed van ginkel off the back of a similar season, you could argue mount has been even better. 

I've not watched much of mount this season, but from what I've seen in the youth team, he always looked like a player that had that special quality about him.

We have some absolute gems on our books at the moment, but instability in the dug out could mean these boys dont get a chance, and forfill their potential. 

Ampadu and Christiensen have done great this year, but they will be starting from the bottom again if another new manager comes in, as new managers always look to the proven players at the start of their reign.
