January 15, 20233 yr Just want to call out what appears to be an increasing number of incidents at football matches which for me, indicates a worrying trend and is spoiling the game as a spectacle for all. First of Rafael Varane, then the portuguese lad in the world cup. Leon Bailey and now this Guimares fella. Stop fking grizzling like babies. So your injured, you've walked off the pitch, you haven't broken anything. Fking grow a pair and keep it to yourself. Leon Bailey missed an easy goal and cost his team the result and had to be helped off the pitch whilst crying his eyes out. Jesus. Men in touch with their emotional sides. Good grief. We've gone from this to this
January 15, 20233 yr I Don't mind anything that happens on the pitch people can be overcome with emotion in the moment and if that leads to a few tears or frustration I think it's fine it humanises the players and it's really no big deal. What really irritates though Is the whiny babies that pre-mediate their crying, things like Ronaldo arranging an interview to cry that he isn't good enough to play premier league football anymore and that he's been betrayed by the manager benching him as well as one of our own bench warmers writing a whole book crying that he isn't good enough to play for a serious club and Tuchel let him down by benching him. I miss when everyone wanted to play their part for the team even if it was smaller than they'd like but there are too many subs with the egos of starters that take things outside the club once they fail to convince their manager that they're good enough.

January 16, 20233 yr Yes, let's go back to the time that men weren't allowed to show their emotions! Jorginho tearing up at the Vialli tribute is one clear example of being very unmanly. It should stop at once.
