It's not a head butt, the camera is blocking what really happened. The guy grabs Caicedo's arm and Caicedo forcibly smacks it off. Slow the video down and you can see it clearer.

But as he lifts his head back up the video looks like there is contact.

That is just the natural motion of bringing his head back up, there is no actual head butt here. The Brighton player is also grabbing his arm as he is going down like he has been stabbed. That is all this incident is.
