I could be very wrong but think there is a maximum contract leagnth that can be offerd to players of a cirtain age

I don't think thats true because both Fabregas and Villa I remember signed contracts for 7/8 years at a similar age but still, its great news that the club is seeing the potential in Scotty and wants to hold on to him for a long time.

It seems we talked about it. That`s impossible to sign a contract with duration period more than 5 years.

I think RealM just made some marketing steps and not more than it.

Fantastic news. He's got talent to be better than Robben and I would be really happy if he became a regular before the end of the season.

Good news, hopefully Jose gives him some playing time this season to aid his development.
