To me Everton seem like the next natural target for a big time infusion of cash/investor because they are constantly clawing at the top 4.

I couldnt even put into words the joy I would get seeing them get a big takeover, refusbished squad and new stadium. Because you know Moyes is a compotent manager that makes do with not alot, and given the same caliber players you know that derby would be alot more one sided
