Petr Cech - oh dear oh dear oh dear. One shocking mistake for Turkey's second and could have done better for their opener.

Haven't seen Turkey's first and second but the third looked good from the replay.

A great, great, game to watch and congratulations to turkey!

That being said, i have to feel for cech! gutted that he was the reason that they won in the first place (though to be fair it was raining and it seemed like the ball just slipped away from him.)

On another note, did anybody else see the 3 fans dressed as cech in the crowd, gloves, headgear and all!

Shame for him, but what a match! Cracking stuff. And now Cech can go on a well-deserved holiday, and start the new season fresh and fit.

I read somewhere that Cech is suffering from a chronic back problem. That would seem plausible given that virtually all the errors that we have seen from him have been when he has needed to come for crosses.

Still, it's sod's law that the ball fell straight to their striker. When the Turkish keeper collided with his own man the ball fell much less kindly for the Czech striker.

I'd also like to see him get rid of the headgear. Psychologically I think it is not helping him.
