loz
could make rain fall? The answer - Luiz Felipe Scolari I can see it happening more and more as the days go by and as ROnnie's future is not secured. We got Deco for a reasonable fee and I think we will do likewise with Ronnie.

Ruh Buh Juh
Well, I wouldn't say no to signing Ronaldinho. People are saying "oh, he's lost it, he's nothing like he was blah blah blah" Maybe their right, but you can't deny he's not a class act. He is still up there with the best in the world and if he comes to us...well...lets wait and see :D

rory16
Form is temporary, Class is permanent. Never has a truer word been spoken about Ronaldinho

Sheva
I think he knows that Milan cant afford him and he's giving out bigger hints that he wants to join Chelsea. Man City haven't been heared of latley with him, it's just been Chelsea and Milan. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_3761175,00.html This is very much looking a possibility and we will know what happens within 2 weeks in my opinion. However would we want him and Robinho if the interest is true about Robinho? ;) Edited July 1, 2008 by Sheva
abramovich
He put on some weight but the skill is still there. That's him in the recent charity match The question is: does Scolari believe Ronaldinho still has it him to get back to his best? I'd be over the moon if we signed him even with all the risks involved, he is a one of a kind player.
Sheva
After watching that Video you can tell he's a once in a lifetime player but when he was lining up for that freekick my god he had a bit of a beer belly going. He would defaintly need to get that sorted if he does join us it's even bigger than Scolari's.
MannyJello
i don't understand the language spoken in that video, but i'm pretty sure that the commentator was saying at 1:24: "Holy cow, look at the pot belly on that guy." seriously. he looks like me out there. and that's not good, figuring i'm a 36 year old who only plays soccer once a week and gets the rest of his physical activity drinking beer while on the couch watching soccer. if he signs for us, Scolari should put him on two-a-day trainings for a full month, no drinky-drink allowed. coombsie
man, if all ronnys got to do is get rid of a little bit of belly and hell be better than he is now, then sign sign sign! Did anyone see the picture of Ronnie in the papers? He's at least 3 stone overweight. Very reminiscent of Ronaldo (not Cristiano) a few years back. I'll be suprised if he's match fit by Christmas but at 28 and with his ability, he's worth a punt at anything below £15mill
Lofty
Sky Sports "understand" that Ronaldinho is currently having talks with Man City.
TheWestwayWonder
Well, if Big Filipao is as good as they all say he is, then he is the man to get Ronnie back to competing and winning again. I think Real Madrid really effed up when they had Ronaldo still in his late prime, and refused to get a coach who would push him about his weight. All they did was accomodate, accomodate, accomodate, and as a result, his star waned fast. I think Ronnie needs to know that thats what he is in for at City. Hughes will run a tight ship no doubt, but Ronnie will be Shiniwatra's signing, and perhaps above the law. He can and should do better. Felipao needs to show him taht. BLUENUT
could make rain fall? The answer - Luiz Felipe Scolari I can see it happening more and more as the days go by and as ROnnie's future is not secured. We got Deco for a reasonable fee and I think we will do likewise with Ronnie. There's a difference between making rain fall and letting it piss down. I don't reallt think Deco is suitable so don't even get me started on the goofy one! Edited July 2, 2008 by BLUENUT

Anyway... ... it seems he is 90% certain to join Milan, according to his brother. ;)
