Spanish star Joaquin, who has been linked with Spurs, will make a decision on his future this week.

The Valencia midfielder’s agent Eduardo Espejo said: 'There’s a lot going on at the club right now.

'We will be talking with them this week and then the player’s future will become more clear.'

I have never rated him particularly highly. His media generated price tag has always been far more to do with the fact there are so few decent wingers around that average ones are being quoted at inflated prices. I wouldn't like to see us waste money on him.

I like him, at his best he's a terrific "pure" winger, but his time at valencia hasn't been good and that's not an inspiring sign (re ability to cope in a big club, adaptability etc).

Im a big fan of this guy, not having a good time at Valencia but he was one of the best wingers in the world at Betis when we were after him.

At the end of the day all wingers roll around the floor looking for a free kick, he is naturally strong and he's extremely fast.

Better than Malouda, SWP and is different to Cole.
