Matic 45m release clause triggered by Barca ?
You all, who claim that he is not good enough, overrated, etc... ffs, he was just voted the best player in Portugal. Better than both James Rodriguez and Joao Moutinho, who all departed for big ass money. Better than Jackson Martinez, better than Oscar Cardozo. Doesn't that say something? If we do get him, that's the title.

Cavani-Torres swap deal
Well, they are offering let's say 75% more than us. Much like 10 years ago when we were offering 70k p/w in comparision to 40k p/w other clubs offered...

Cavani-Torres swap deal
Were you moaning like that back in 2003, 2004 when we were offering obscene amounts of money to certain players so they join us instead of Arsenal, Liverpool, United?

Van Ginkel to Chelsea
True, true. Matic on the other hand is whole different kind of player, and increased interest in van Ginkel has nothing to do with Matic not coming. Compared to Bayern, Lampard and van Ginkel play Scweinsteiger's role and Matic plays Javi Martinez's.

Van Ginkel to Chelsea
We are far from deep in that role. Actually, Lampard is the only player we have in that role at the moment.

Cavani-Torres swap deal
There was this talk on twitter today about us offering money plus Torres plus Rami but I don't see it happening, especially because Rami is one of Mourinho's favourites. Latest I heard is that 53 mil is agreed price.

Cavani-Torres swap deal
Odds dropped to 1-4 for Cavani to join Chelsea, seems imminent to me...

David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
Fair enough.

Last Movie You Watched
Bale is brilliant, brilliant actor. Probably in my top 10 of all time best actors. Bold statement, I know. However, I consider myself young so I didn't watch much of the old movies, so I can't comment on Brando, Newman, Michael Caine, James Stewart, Humphrey Bogart, Cagney, Gary Cooper, etc, etc... as a great actors, but I truly believe they are. But Bale is brilliant. His transformations and dedication are amazing. His performances in The Machinist and The Fighter are especially my favourites.

David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
It's also funny how the same people who are slating Torres for only 7 goals in the league now think for Ivanovic's errors "Wait, that's only the league. Show me other competitions." I thought the league is the most important?

Transfers that almost happened for Chelsea..
Robinho. Legend says, City officials intercepted him at the London airport on his way to Stamford Bridge and offered him mega huge contract so he decided to sign for them instead. Good thing we dodged that bullet.

David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
They are. I wrote it in my post. I also wrote those are only PL performances.

David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
Yeah, but general consensus of people wanting him to stay is that he was "by far" our best CB last season. Which is absolute nonsense. I actually have stats on all three CBs (I didn't include Terry as he started only 12 games) performance in PL until April 18th, provided by eplindex.com and Opta Stats. So I think we will all agree that Branna was definitely our best CB last season, while it's between Cahill and Luiz for the hall of shame.

Is it gonna be El Diveico or El Biteico this year I'm wondering...

David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
That's what I'm talking about... totally pointless and needless foul... absolutely reckless and childlish move.

Welcome André Schürrle *Official*
Don't know how recently you've been there but nowadays english is enough in most places.

The priority signing - a DLP?
Van Ginkel is the most realistic option at the moment.

David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
Well in my opinion, if he didn't mentioned him, there would be a sense that he doesn't need him, which would mean he would let him go more easily, aka for less money. But he said he wants to work with him, which indicates it is harder for him to let him go, which in turn would ask for more money. Now I can't tell you the exact amount, but now, during negotiations, he can tell 'Wait, I need that guy. He is important player for me. That's not enough money for me to buy adequate replacement. You gotta do better than that." No, we are not selling all the players he mentioned. Actually I have no idea what players Jose plans to sell and which ones to keep. But it's always a good thing to have an edge over your opponent, in this case, potential buyer. Why Luiz, I said it once, I'll say it again, in my opinion, he is not Mourinho's type of player, he doesn't fit into his system, now some of you will say, there is no Mourinho type of player, there is no Mourinho system, and it will go round and round until transfer window shuts.

David Luiz - The First Casualty of Mourinho?
Oh ok, didn't get that about le arse :D Regardlessly, what am I saying is, none of us can't know for sure if Mou is going to sell or not, I'm just saying I wouldn't be so surprised if he does.
