The midfielder, who fractured his right wrist training with England, missed the 3-0 win against Andorra after Steve McClaren decided not to risk him. Lampard had a custom-made lightweight cast fitted at a London hospital yesterday. He was also examined by club medical staff who have passed him fit to play.
