I really would like to see him back at the bridge next season, but (this is a open question, so don't 'jump down my throat!!').... Can he play in our preferred formation? 3 up top. Central striker: Not really a strong, powerful, 'hold the ball up' type player. Like Diego and the Drogs of old. Winger: Has played there and done well for Boro. But Mourinho likes hard working players that track back. And if were honest... Bamford hasn't so far shown that quality. The way he plays is probably closet to Remy. And I have the feeling Mourinho isn't that keen on ever using him. Again... I would love to see us give youth a chance!!! Thoughts?

I've seen this guy a lot this season & he is ready for the step up! Honestly believe if he was with a fashionable club... He'd be in the England set up. He is far better than Gibbs. Offers more defensively than Baines and is a mile better than Danny Rose. Would like to see him BLUE!!

I agree with Mr Superclass... Willian in the number 10 role for next season with a new signing on the right and Hazard everywhere else!

I know there is a long way to go, but tonight's game feels really important to me. Like, if we can put together a good performance coupled with a win... Then I think it sends a statement to City, Arsenal & Utd that we will not allow ourselves to be caught. I also love the fact that this season, we haven't really rotated out starting XI. Ideally, we wrap up the title quickly and then we can blood some youngsters. Given Ake some starts. (I know I'm thinking far ahead). I am hoping 0-3 (Costa, Oscar, Hazard). Regards of who the player is... A debut in a new country, in the winter, away at Villa park, whilst grinding out 3 points is gonna be tough to look good. I'm not saying he didn't. But we cannot judge anything in the minutes he had. Wait till Wednesday night, I'm sure we will get a better insight of what type of signing we've made. But full judgement can't be made until next season. By then he will have settled into his new home, got to know his team mates and completed pre-season. So fingers crossed we have a good'un!!!!

I know Jose says there is nothing to worry about in regards to Edens contract.... But I won't relax until he signs!

Yeah he probably knew what he was doing... But I wouldn't go as far as he is a 'dirty' player. Barring last night, how many times has he done something 'off the ball?!' He is tough, strong and doesn't back down. Just because he is passionate... Doesn't mean he is dirty!!!!! And all this means is that we have to "unleash the drog" if (when) he gets the ban.
