(1) Good at organising a defense.
 
(2) One of the absolute best at identifying the weaknesses in the opposition.
 
 
Mourinho: Bad
 
(1) Creating attacking concepts and strategies.
 
(2) Lack of tactical flexibility. A bit of a one trick pony
 
(3) Barely ever rotates his preferred/winning team. Always thinking about winning the next game and not planning for the future. 
 
You're not going to survive at a top club for long with that. Because he can't create attacking concepts and strategies, after a while, his attacking players look lost and out of ideas.
 
Because he doesn't rotate, he runs his best players to the ground and wears them out physically. 
 
Completely ignoring his behavioural issues, these are Mourinho's biggest weakness, IMO and this is why we've become what we are this season. 

Id say a fluke is where you mish*t the ball, or it doesnt go where you intend it to. Willian puts the ball where he does because it increases the possibility of it going in. Id say it's fantastic skill rather than a fluke. But either way, as long as it goes in who cares?

I don't buy it, troll. 

I understood that under Ken Bates, he could not make the ground bigger because of the lack of exit points from the ground. You can only get to it from Fulham Road, and the authorities did not like so many crammed on one road. The ground is blocked in by the tube line, cemetary and school. There was talk of a walkway bridge over the railway line or cemetary to seagrave road, but it was not feasible. can someone explain how the club has got around this? Did the local authority relax their objections about the crowd numbers using  Fulham Road?
 
One other thing, the hotel and flats will be knocked down. So residents and fans who bought flats, will they be re imbursed at current market rates? Or their lawyers/estate agents may negotiate more than the what the club was expectin to pay out?

Seen it before many times but never fails to make me laugh.

Pogba and Loftus-Cheek are analogues for Ramires but not for Mikel, neither of them are defensive midfielders. Even if we were to sign Pogba there would still be no one in the squad who performs the same role as Mikel. If we were to sign someone like Schneiderlin or Kondogbia, although they aren't necessarily similar to him (or each other for that matter), would probably indicate quite clearly that we are looking to move Mikel on.
 
Unfortunately if we did sign Pogba I would imagine it would spell the end for Ramires, unless José intends on retaining him purely as a wide man, which I can't imagine in the light of us signing Cuadrado (and Willian).

But he was right wasn't he? Mikel was replaced by a better player in a vital position, and we are a much better team for it. The fact that it took it took 8 years or 7 managers or Jose to come back doesn't really matter. We as a club have done a lot of nonsensical things. Mikel has been and will remain a good squad player and nothing more. 
 
Willian though is different for me and I don't see him as someone who needs to be replaced. Can we be better team if we replaced him with a better player? Yes, but that would be true of every player.

I was too young to remember a lot of Zola, watched a lot of videos and I think he was outstanding.
 
Was he really still the best player we have ever had at this club? In terms of ability? I've heard so many Chelsea fans say that who have supported the club for years and years. Even neutrals saying he was fantastic in the Premier League in his time.
 
Shame I could never really witness him.
