So we won't sign anybody this window, but I definitely think we will get a world class RW next summer. On what planet does Sterling go for almost 44-49m? It's the price you have to pay for young English talent. If Barkley ever gets consistent playing time and develops like he could, he could easily go for over 50m

Everything I have read in the media has been "Everton has rejected Chelsea's bid for Stones". It was only Robbie Martinez who said he wasn't for sale, and the last time I checked, the board have the final say on player movement and not the manager. I have a feeling we will get him for around 35m and I'll be more than okay with that. Zouma and Stones will shut down this league for the next decade. Here is an idea Everton, and I am sure it has been mentioned many times before. If Stones is not for sale AT ALL, then just tell us he isn't going to be sold at ANY PRICE. Jose has kept saying that Everton has only rejected their bids and haven't said he is untouchable, so then we bid higher. Everton are being the little bitches about all of this, not us.

Forget QUANTITY of luck...we were LUCKY last season end of story. Also, I never said we didn't deserve to win the league, my OP was just pointing out that we look EXACTLY the same as we did last season, and since the other top clubs have added talent, I don't believe we will repeat as league champions if we continue to play like this. Ohh please dude, we won the double on a LOT of luck. City, Arsenal, Liverpool and United ALL dropped points to teams that they shouldn't have. I'm sorry, but I watch other sports (American Football, Hockey, Baseball) where the preseason isn't nearly as soon after the previous season ended as Football's is, and the players in those sports make far less mistakes than I have been seeing. We haven't played in what 2 months? Some of those other sports have a 6-8 month break between the end of the season and the start of the next season's pre-season. This is the same s**t that I saw all last year from this team.

On a side note, Liverpool and City have gotten better this off-season, we have clearly gotten worse.
