Can you please explain me why this young striker needs to be commented like this and so much? So what he isn't scoring at every opportunity? So what his finishing with feet is not as lethal? Remember Drogba? All I can say Morata has excellent techniques (for a striker) and all he needs is time. Show your support and appreciate his efforts. Look him fly next season. End of.

I personally have not much problem with the selections. I am more concerned with the formation stubbornness and tactical approach. Once we have scored against Liverpool we backed off to play a counter... Why? Keep pushing, score again while they are stunned. And regarding the formation rivals have learned already how to play against us. They push the wings as our L/R backs are always higher up the pitch so target is to either pass them on a break or simply stop them from supporting front. Our Wide players get too static and wait for a defender to make a move before trying to trick/pass through them. Need to change approach, tactics, formation. Squad is all good. Just the opponents got smarter.

we have a huge army of young talent and should not be afraid to give them a chance. our core players not performing for various reasons and we need to do something different. that also involves formation. everyone has learned how to play against us by the end of last season and pre-season was no different. bizarre how nobody on TV has mentioned about it or even thought it through but our form was bad towards the end of season. the only let off was the buffer of points we managed to build up. there is obviously something wrong in the team and if I was somewhere near the team I would ask them to go into the game without thinking of the result and enjoy the game as they would do in a show match or a friendly ball kick-about in the back garden. they are all good players, pros, and perhaps Mourinho could do this sort of approach just for once. surely nothing can go worse.

However since 2004 when I came to England I could not resist it :D Drogba, Ballack, Terry, Lampard, Joe Cole and surely Mourinho made me change my mind about football.
