Is There a Media Campaign Against Chelsea?
The FA were quick to charge Costa. 10am on the Sunday to be precise. No move on Barnes yet, really is obvious.

MOTM vs Everton (H)
Matic, Willian a close second, both have been along with Terry our most consistent players this season. Cech far more assured than Courtois has been recently particularly at Villa when a bit flappy at times the reason why he was dropped.

Chelsea vs Everton (PL) 11/02/2015 KO: 1945 GMT
As I was saying the other day all Willian needs in his game is to hit the back of the net on a more regular basis. For me he has been our best player this season and along with Matic, Fabregas, Hazard, Terry, Ivanovic and Costa absolute shoe in's for PFA team of the season. Games like this win titles, the feeling reminded me of Gallas against Spurs in Jose's last reign. Loved the sight of Costa kicking every ball in the stand and the fact Willian's 6 Premiership goals have been in the last 20 mins of games !!!

Joe Cole came on for Villa unnoticed
A few around me on Saturday noticed Joe Cole on the pitch five minutes after he came on at Villa Park yet there was no reaction either positive or negative from our away following. He remains a Chelsea fan despite his words that angered a few on his signing for Liverpool. Given he played a huge part in promoting Chelsea to Eden Hazard whilst at Lille and also was a massive influence to our second title under Jose I was a little surprised a chant of 'He's here he's there' didn't break out when we were 2-1 up

The most impressive and the most pathetic away support at the Bridge
I go with the West Ham match too but to say that Cass Pennant and co got a spanking is way off the mark. They left the North Stand in their 100's and came at us right up the steps as Chelsea scattered to the Tea Bar and protected the middle of the shed. The Old Bill hesitated as Chelsea stood their ground, I remember clearly as if it was yesterday 'panic' setting in and everyone shouting 'stand your ground'

What period was our mob at its peak
Early 80's without a doubt. Far better organisation and sheer numbers took many teams by surprise. The North Stand boys in the mid/late 70's, Gate 17 had the Bridge a reputation but it is fair to say our general support in numbers never met our away in terms of ratio to the opposition. In the early 80's (as someone who was part of the Chelsea firms in the late 70's to early 90's when CCTV made us mere mortals) have to say the fashion, the special scene and organisation made it our strongest.

Marco Reus to Chelsea?
He is like Gerrard is to Liverpool. His new contract in Dortmund reflects his love for his hometown club. Thread closed

Raheem Sterling to Chelsea
I am with you Enigma, Harry Kane is the kid with his world at his feet.

Raphael Varane
Whilst the combination of Varane and Zouma looks ideal, to put them together at such a young age is massive risk. If you look at John Terry for example he had Desailly for experience and an older head with a young one has tended to reap rewards over the years. I would be surprised if we got Varane in the summer, once Zouma is consistently our main man maybe but not now.

Didier Drogba Returns!
It was clear for all to see that Drogba was there on Saturday to hold up the ball to allow Ramires in particular to join our three behind Didier to run past him whilst he contained the centre backs. It makes me laugh when people say Drogba is slow and finished he was there to do a job against Villa and typically Jose's plan worked. When Villa equalised the game opened up as they pushed on allowing space in between the lines and there centre halves. Thus they had a higher line as they pushed for a winner. Enter Remy to get in behind and hey presto a goal soon followed. I am a newbie on here, I flicked through the match chat and I had a good chuckle. Mourinho is a world class tactical genius yet those skating our play until Branner scored were questioning things and Drogba's contribution. I know it's about opinions, I get that fully and peoples takes on here can be different but it doesn't disquise the fact some comments do show people no nothing about football or more to the point tactics and if they managed Chelsea and not Jose we would be struggling to make the top three !

Juan Cuadrado to Chelsea .... Done!
I saw enough at Villa Park ( Where I left my aviator stamp BTW ) to suggest he will be like Ronaldinho at his very best this time next season. He may need time to settle but has sheer pace and trickery we have missed at Chelsea since the great Arjen Robben shredded defences under Jose first time round. I would go as far to say he will bed down the right flank in the way Hazard does the left and personally I would like to see the tenacity of Willian ahead of Oscar in the middle of the three behind the legend that will be Diego Costa. A fantastic addition to our squad and a far better option than Shurrle or Salah in the past.

Willian
I am an away season ticket holder who has been to every game this season away from Stamford Bridge where I boycotted after being told to sit down and threatened to be evicted by a steward when being abused by a rival fan in the Shed Lower in 2009. Along with 'Top Of The League' 'We're the only team in London to win the European Cup' the Willian song is favoured by us all not only because he chose us over Tottenham but by the way he gives 100 per cent every game, closes down defenders and wins the ball on countless occasions to spring us into attack and uses his close control to take out 3 players at a time to create space for Fabregas and Hazard to create chances. Without question every one us us on away trips would have Willian as one of our top five performers this season, all he lacks is shooting accuracy, that goal at Norwich probably sent many into a false sense of security. He needs extra hours like Lampard used to on the training pitch and make no mistake his name will be cemented in our history forever. To Jose he brings more to the table as a team player than Mata, Van Gaal is starting to see things clearer now too in that respect. Negative just isn't in Willian's vocabulary so why so many negative points on this forum?
