He’s not holding the team to ransom.
We’re lucky to have him. He’s playing midfield because we’re short on numbers, which is really annoying. His fitness is the best I’ve seen for years.
If he stays fit all season… I say start him at right back next season.

I mean, we’ve already proved that we really don’t need much possession to absolutely rip teams apart.
So the best thing Arsenal can do is make sure we don’t get the ball. At all. Or they’ll be in trouble.
They’re not very good at attacking, so maybe our defence can hold their ground. We’ll see.

I think we definitely need another midfielder. I really, really don’t want to see Gusto in midfield again and that’s a real possibility with James and Lavia’s injury record.

Disagree completely. Lavia hasn't completed 90 minutes in three years, Caicedo is out injured, Reece is not a midfielder and Barco is a lightweight youngster. Not going to even mention Henderson, he is a hundred years old and is there for dressing room atmosphere.
If we don't sign a midfielder before the window closes, we're worse off in the middle of the pitch than we were last season. They really f**ked up at the end of what looked like the best window they've had so far.
