Who the f**k is Emenalo
I've read a lot of disrespect for the ShedEnder91 and i must say, great member. I really enjoy reading your posts and in the past we already had an interesting discussion. Looking forward to another one! Don't take it personally, the mood has changed, some guys are coming from Talkchelsea, so you know what you're getting. They're just looking for a reaction. Turning to Emenalo: He must be the happiest guy alive, job security, but not living up to the standard. The man is no leader, doesn't inspire, just talking sh*t about others and shifting the blame. That's not the way a leader should be. Ancelotti knew from the beginning that the guy's trouble, but i think according to some, it's all on good ol' Jose.

Final words on Mourinho, KDB, Lukaku and anything else
Therefore the board got us the likes of Papy and Hector. Thanks to good ol' Jose. [emoji2] Because it's always a good idea in the last week of the transfer window to make some offers. I think Talkchelsea is more up to your constant mouning, you're trying too hard, kiwi.[emoji4] proper Jose complex. [emoji8]

Antonio Conte - Now Officially Manager
Roman owns the club, so there is no way he's forced out. Sacking Emenalo is perhaps blown out of proportion but bringing in a new guy and splitting the work wouldn't be too bad, imo. Spotting young talents is within his abilities, but furthermore?! Not sure! Conte must be allowed to choose his guys, we want it to work this time. [emoji4]

Instead we bought a 5 mio. house which the child (Jose) didn't like so since then we have an expensive dust collector. No use at all!

Antonio Conte - Now Officially Manager
Thanks man! The media reported that the first bid started at 20 mio., time and time again it went up a bit but it took too long, imo. One has to wonder why they didn't ask for the price instead of coming back over and over again. They wanted to get him on the cheap, hoped that they could unsettle Stones (filled in a transfer request) and disrespected Everton by saying they wouldn't keep a player against his will (okay, that was on Jose, at the end he panicked). Shortly before the transfer window closed media reported that there were big bids for Pogba and Marquinhos, if that was true, why so late? They wouldn't have had a pre-season with the guys and with all due respect, trying this late to buy these kind of players is very difficult, one could guess the board wanted to fail, but knew that they had to bring some excuses to the table. Bought Pedro for 30 quid, panic transfer at its best instead of a proper central back or midfielder, that's always the case since Marin, expensive average wingers, but what can i say, what can i do. Anyway the business has been poor for some time, nothing learned from 2009/2010, so the roller coaster continues...

Antonio Conte - Now Officially Manager
Currently he's going through a rough patch. That's on him, nevertheless i think Martinez could have handled him better, benching him for fun, a 21 year old... confidence isn't high! I think we all saw in september in the away game against Everton what the boy is capable of. Cahill should be our Dante, meaning central back number 4, which leaves us with Zouma (injury leaves doubts, because he's relying very much on his physical strengths, imo) and hopefully Christensen next season. Therefore i think we need another defender. Some might think a more experienced guy, someone like Hummels would be better, but i think Stones already has what it takes. Turning to Granovskaia: Starting around 20 mio. fine, but penny pinching.. bad idea. This desaster set the things in motion, Champions of England and cup winners under the watch of Jose Mourinho, but not able to pull this one off. Showed our opponents how weak we have become, never recovered. The coach has to be trusted and demanding who he wants, he sticks his head out for this, it's all about results and he's the first one to get the boot when sh*t hits the fan... I think Granovskaia and the board got it very wrong, neither Papy nor Baba have been brilliant thus far. What good is money for you when you don't spend it? Regards and sorry for the English! [emoji4]

Antonio Conte - Now Officially Manager
Why? Because Emenalo is class? There has to be given credit to him because the likes of KdB, Lukaku, Courtois, Musonda were money well spent, but why on god's green earth does he consistently bring players in who the managers clearly not favour? Jose didn't rate Papy, Guus doesn't rate Pato, one could have gotten these impressions long before due to their acting in the media. Granovskaia seems to be a good salesman, but she f**ked up the Stone's transfer, acted like an amateur, way too slow and too disrespectful. You're well known on Talkchelsea for your hatred towards Jose, don't like it but the man made mistakes. But you should blame others too, do you really think some major overhaul in management wouldn't be a good choice? Why should we deny someone like Conte to bring in his own team, especially a new technical director?

Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
The question is will he ever be the same again? Maybe he has played too much over the last years, it's rarely happened but maybe he's done. Nowadays the guys have to play week in and week out, they always have to bring their a-game. Less physicality and matches could work wonders. If it's possible, i would sell for ~80 mio pounds. Regards!

Who should be next "long-term" Chelsea manager?
We need to find a Gandalf and show Emenalo the door. I really don't like the dude, why didn't he resign back in 2013? That clearly bit us in the ass, damn it! Pellegrino could be a Wenger; nice attacking footie, but losing the big games, especially in Europe, no thanks.

José Mourinho Confirmed as Chelsea Manager!
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/chelseas-jose-mourinho-new-dig-7018911 I don't know if it's true, but it's getting nasty out there, the media is absolutely lovin' it and running riot on us. Some time ago i read that Mourinho wanted to sell Diego Costa in the summer, but maybe that was just pure speculation.

José Mourinho Confirmed as Chelsea Manager!
Chelsea considering Guus Hiddink as caretaker manager if Roman Abramovich decides to sack Jose Mourinho http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3362326/Chelsea-considering-Guus-Hiddink-caretaker-manager-Roman-Abramovich-decides-sack-Jose-Mourinho.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490 Dailymail is speculating too, hope it's not true. I don't want to have Ramos around the house, but is he really that bad? Can anyone remember his Sevilla team?

I was out of line, sorry. Gilvorak explained his thoughts and now it's reasonable. It's all good.

José Mourinho Confirmed as Chelsea Manager!
On paper most of the footie fans will say; Hazard wonderful player, Matic one of the best, Fabregas, everyone knows Fabregas, highly decorated player. But it seems apart from Willian, Courtois, Zouma and a bit Azpillicueta no one is up for playing in the Premier-League this season, imo. To make it even worse, most of the players don't give a f**k, at least that's my point of view. Yes, we could have fielded some more youth players, but Ramires, Mikel and Oscar, most of the people knew that it wouldn't be good enough. Jose has to take some of the blame, because he praised his current players too much. But he wanted to buy some new ones, imo, the board didn't want to do that. A young guy without any experience has to play, difficult before the season to predict that a guy like Christensen would have earned enough playing time. Playing week in and week out in the Bundesliga seemed like a good call to make, i would have done the same, personally speaking. But yes, afterwards speaking, he could have helped us so far. I like it too. Yesterday Jose was desperate and left heartbroken, very fair interview, imo. I know some "fans" used some sentences without context, but in connection with the whole story, for me it was fair. I hope Roman Abramovich backs Jose 100%, that means title's will most likely be f**ked this season, but he can go with 3-4 youth players. We need to change the lineup and all we have left is youth, so please play these dudes, Jose. We need to be more ruthless with some of the so called star-players, completely fed up by some of them and their horrible antics. Regards

Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
Spread you negativity on Talkchelsea, there are people who appreciate it and we all can live happily ever after. I think you already are a member there, what are your intentions despite of provoking? Don't want to be rude, but i have had enough of all this wind-up and one sided ideas. Sorry @mods, but we can't let this people f**k everything up, i already dropped out of Talkchelsea because it's tiring to argue with this kind of people. I don't want to say that Mourinho has done everything right, but it's not all on him and these kind of people aren't here for a reasonable discussion, i don't have a problem with members who are reasoning and wanting Mourinho gone, fair play to them, i can only say. I know i will regret this, but what about last season? Hazard was the best player in the league, how could that happen? I thought Mourinho was trying to slow down his development? That's really illogical Jose is the devil bring on the exorcist, he can't develop a player, has been found out... did i forget to say something? Now returning to the serious things: Hazard has been piss poor so far and there are no signs of improvements, imo. Yes, we can point the fingers to others, but one has to start somewhere. I hope Abramovich let Mourinho or a new coach be ruthless and Hazard can warm the bench for now. I'm fed up by this antics, for me he doesn't give a f**k anymore. Yesterday Mourinho was cleary upset how quick Hazard gave up, no fight whatsoever.

Champions League Draw
Good draw. We'll beat them, imo.

Oscar - Little Diamond
On his day, very difficult to play against. He is a nasty boy, aggressive, but not Costa like. His reading of the opponent without the ball is one of the best in the game, imo. I really appreciated his forward passes, most them very timed perfectly. Futhermore he can shoot and his interplays with Hazard and others are just insane. I had my ups and downs with him, but after the last game i'm really hopeful (again), hope he's allowed to stay in the team. He's only 24 years of age, everything is still possible.

Leicester v Chelsea - Mon 14 Dec - 20:00
Hope Fabs stays away from the team. Then everything is possible, imo. Leicester City are playing very well but i think we can do them, at least getting a draw. I'm a bit divided of sticking with Ivanovic or bringing in another guy like Baba or Kenedy, i think i would do the latter. My current mood is sky-high, now i can sleep like baby, sweet....

Champions League Draw
Why not PSG?! The debt hasn't been settled yet, revenge is a dish best served cold. With Mourinho and how the team is currently playing i'm not afraid, last season we started high then we regressed a bit, now it's different. For me, Champions-League is the top league where you take on the very best teams, kudos to Genk and other teams for qualifying for the knockout stages, but i prefer an European powerhouse early. That's the ultimate battle, for me that's what football is about. I don't want to play against Roma, because of most of their fans, too many knives. Not safe for us... Juve are nasty, they know how to make it dirty and have proven goalscorers like Morata, don't want to take them on. I'm really curious who we'll get. At the moment, just happy about the game.

Chelsea vs. Porto (CL) 09/12/15 KO: 19:45 BST
He brings different qualities to the table. Remember the header against Crystal Palace? In my point of view, no Diego nor Remy are capable of putting it behind the way Falcao did. jk88 already said it: world class header, imo. It's great to have a striker who poses an aerial threat, we just need to put more good crossings in the box. Otherwise, for me he was a bit unlucky, yes he had bad moments, but imo he improved over the time. For me, it's hard to watch Fabregas or Oscar play, they're earning lots of playing times but their improvements have been very slowly, maybe some can't see any.

Chelsea vs. Porto (CL) 09/12/15 KO: 19:45 BST
Either way, Remy wasn't up for it in that situation, he should have done better, especially during these desperate times. Maybe Jose thinks that Remy isn't fully reliable and after that situation i can't take that away from him. It depends on the situation: who could be the Falcao replacement? During the pre-season Falcao looked promising, imo, scored a very good penalty and his overall style of play wasn't that bad, good holdup play, imo. If Jose Mourinho wants to keep him, i don't have a problem with it, because i can see the potential too. Let's find out how Benteke is doing in the next month, i think Klopp likes Firmino up front a bit more, and the Belgian dude isn't so good for their free flowing style of play. Furthermore they have Origi too. I think Benteke could be the perfect target man for Mourinho and maybe Liverpool would want to get rid off him very soon. Otherwise a "Mini-Aguero" like Aubameyang or Griezmann would be fun too, that's a bit spoilt as a Chelsea fan, but these dudes would do it for me. :)

Relegation a real possibility?
Go to talkchelsea, when you think in this community it's unfriendly towards new members. Don't discredit anyone's football knowledge, just because they see things differently, because that doesn't implies that they haven't go a clue, imo. Personally speaking, i think Jose Mourinho can and will adapt to a relegation dogfight, every day life presents a new challenge to everyone, he is a smart man, he'll figure it out. But i think it won't come so far, we haven't even played half of the matches in the League, it's essential to start winning now and i think we can do it.

Chelsea vs. Porto (CL) 09/12/15 KO: 19:45 BST
Let's hope together that Ramires keeps his end of the bargain up and delivers big time. A worldie like the one against Newcastle United would be perfect to kick-start our campaign in the UCL. I'm getting more and more optimistic, the longer i think of it, thanks. Remy should have put it behind against Stoke City, no excuses. But yes, should have played more, but maybe he wasn't good enough in training, that's what most of the guys from talkchelsea don't get. Falcao was unlucky with his injuries, that goal was electrifying, imo. Haven't seen such a good header since good ol' Drogs. "Diego will start with Hazard, Willian and Pedro", that would be nothing new. But i fully trust Mourinho on this one, they all have the abilities to knock them off our porch!

Chelsea vs. Porto (CL) 09/12/15 KO: 19:45 BST
Currently i'm doing some math, sequences and their limits, don't know whether it would help you. Ramires is a very frustrating player to watch, tonight he has to bring his a-game, otherwise we're f**ked, because i don't want to see some heavy touches or bad passing. A least there is one guarantee; he will give his all, that counts for something at the end of the day. It hasn't been discussed on here i think: After the presser my impression is that Mourinho is seriously unhappy with all of his strikers which includes Remy. Will Mourinho go with Diego Costa, or will we see Remy, or the false 9 called Hazard? I seriously have no a clue.

Chelsea vs. Porto (CL) 09/12/15 KO: 19:45 BST
Great news, but who is going to replace him? Better be not Oscar, imo. .....................Willian........ ...........Matic..........Ramires I can live with that.
