Jackson transfer
The solution is to ship ALL 3 of them out because none of them are good enough and find better back-up for Pedro.

Leeds United vs Chelsea (FAC) Sunday 26th April 15:00 GMT
Most of us would give anything to be a highly paid professional footballer. Many of us have played loads of football throughout our lives at whatever level and we still run the risk of suffering the consequences - bad joints, arthritis, even risk of dementia. So I am sure these players on £100k+ a week weigh up the pro's and con's and gladly accept the risks with the very high rewards. No-one is asking our players to die for the badge and play through bad injuries. I just expect them to earn their money and not make fools of themselves by play-acting and feigning injury.

There really is 0% chance of that happening where the likes of Gusto, Neto, Cucurella etc are concerned.

Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2025/26
And then you look back to last summer. I was sitting in a bar in Spain with the Mrs, ready to watch the CWC final and expecting us to get blown away and stop watching after 20 minutes. And yet Cole Palmer had different ideas and we battered them instead. And after that you thought "just mabye we are on the verge of something.........................." Oh well, perhaps not!

Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2025/26
That 5-4, what an incredible game of football. Matches like that are why we all fell in love with football - NOT the dross we tend to see week in, week out in the PL. Both teams were superb. Be great to see more of the same in the second leg next week. IF Arsenal do manage to make the final, hope the winners of this tie give them a lesson in football and absolutely batter them. Will be great to see Arteta on the touchline in tears!

If we win the FA Cup Final, we are in next season's Europa.

Enzo Fernandez - Officially a Blue!
He was a lot better than he has been and of course, popped up with the all important goal, but still far from a £100m midfielder and his lack of pace was exposed a few times in that second half. Shows how average we are now that that performance made him a contender for MOTM.

Yep and Gusto and Enzo are the worst culprits. I have lost count of the times these two have gone down and then the opposing team counter attack and we are under pressure. Then the attack is over and they are back up on their feet again having failed to win any free-kick. If I was coach, that would only have to happen once.

That's what I've always said. Players of years gone by would hate to show they had been hurt. No way would they feign injury. This current Chelsea side are hard to love and with players acting like that, it really doesn't help. Neto, Caicedo, Gusto and Cucurella, should try being on the end of a Ron Harris tackle - then they would have something to roll about for!

I Hate it - I think most of us do. We can't moan when we see other teams do it if our players are as bad, if not worse. Gusto really annoys me. When he had that knock yesterday I was kind of glad and hoped Acheampong would get on early, but oh no he was fine. Enzo goes down a lot too - always looking for the ref as does Neto. And now one of the worst is Caicedo and of course Cucurella, anytime anyone goes near that lovely hair of his! It's embarrassing.

The FA Cup Final - Manchester City vs Chelsea Saturday 16th May 15:00 GMT
As funny as it would be to see Spurs relegated, think we'd miss those next season so it's winning the FA Cup for me. Hopefully both will happen.................

The FA Cup Final - Manchester City vs Chelsea Saturday 16th May 15:00 GMT
That is handy! Will take that even though it's not something I agree with. The FA Cup should always be the final domestic game of the season.

Next Coach?
Play football with a lifelong City supporter. He obviously hopes Pep is staying but if not then hopes owners go all out to get Kompany. When I mentioned Maresca, the reponse was "f**k, no!".

Not the starting 11 I would have gone for but it was a decent team performance and have to admit, Enzo and Tosin and Sanchez had good games and Neto was a lot better today. Even Gusto managed to do okay! Garnacho was still as poor as ever, but we looked very comfortable for most of the game. We have to put all our efforts into beating City in the final and winning the cup and thereby qualifying for Europa next season. Don't care about the league this season and think we'd be better off NOT in the CL next season and give the new coach a slightly easier campaign.
-
Next Coach?
You honestly believe City would be daft enough to appoint Maresca?!! He was at the right level when he was at Leicester.
-
Next Coach?
You imagine if they do try and hire a decent coach. So rather than another dimwit and yes-man like Potter, Maresca or Rosenoir, we do look at someone WORTHY of the job. But then in the interview, he tells them that in no uncertain terms, he cannot work with a lot of the players in the squad 'cos they are just not good enough. Tells them that he needs a new keeper, a centre back, at least one decent wide man and another striker. Would love to be a fly on the wall and see our 5 SD's fidgeting uncomfortably in their seats and all looking to blame one another so some of our very questionable signings.
-
Next Coach?
Laughable. If by better coach you mean you are happy to watch some of the dullest football ever produced, yeah fine! Just hope we appoint someone who can at least produce football that is watchable rather than sleep inducing.
-
Next Coach?
Big difference is, one has been doing it in the PL and one in a Micky Mouse league! Any appointment will be a gamble, but I think we HAVE to go for someone with decent PL experience (which also rules out Luis for me). I get your argument re Iraola, but the guy has no right to be doing what he has done at Bournemouth with their budget and squad (and keep losing their better players).

Our diabolical directors..
I heard about 5. Who are the 5? We all know about Stewart & Winstanley but who are the other 3 and why do we need so many FFS?
-
Pedro Neto *Official*
I think just as John Barnes lived off that goal against Brazil for years, Neto is doing the same after his hat-trick against mighty Hull City.
-
Next Coach?
Yep, Iraola gets my vote too.

Think it could be preferable to the suffering of watching us again. Had a bonfire last night. Love a bonfire - so theraputic.

Liam Rosenior - Chelsea Head Coach *Now Sacked*
It obviously won't happen but a strong, no bullsh*t coach like Conte is exactly what is needed. This crop of players need someone to tell them they ain't as good as they think they are and you get on the wrong side of him and you're history (as Costa found out).
-
Liam Rosenior - Chelsea Head Coach *Now Sacked*
I am kinda hopeful that the club have learnt what massive mistakes they have made in hiring sub standard coaches like Potter, Maresca and Rosenoir, so now know they HAVE to get this next appointment right. Okay, we might not be getting a Pep, Klopp, Tuchel, Enrique etc, but if we get someone like Iraola, I will be happy, AS LONG he is given what he needs to turn things around. He has shown at Bournemouth, you don't have to spend big to produce a team that plays good football.

Estêvão
Just get the lad 100% fit for the beginning of next season. Don't want to see him miss the WC but then get flown off to some meaningless pre-season tournamount.
