Do you really see them selling perhaps the next big thing in football when they have just sold Kaka for around 60 million? Pato is the future of AC Milan. Fans would go crazy if he was sold.

Adriano Galliani and Silvio Berlusconi stated that they will not sell Pato, i don't see us taking any players from Milan. The press have just made a big deal out of the situation because Carlo Ancelotti is our new manager.

Ah ok, maybe some of the dutchies from Real have joined AC. Wouldn't be surprised if Van der vaart or Sneidjer have gone the other way. It's also quite astonishing to see how much money Perez is spending on transfers this season, 56 million for Kaka. Ronaldo will no doubt cost more, Xabi Alonso who would cost in the 20m region. He also apparently wants a striker, Villa is the perfect candidate who costs around 30 million. Quite something, he's going to be spending quite abit this summer if it all works in his favour.

For me. 1. Great start with high expectations which dramaticaly went down hill with the sacking of Scolari but we had a blessing that was Guus Hiddink. 2. FA Cup Final and to have had Guus Hiddink manage Chelsea. 3. CL Semi Final... don't need to comment. 4. I think he's a fantastic manager but my expectations are not that high as i feel we need to give him time to settle. 5. I would like to see some young talent come in and a star signing, David Villa is my personal preference and also Aguero would be awesome but since his club sealed CL qualifcation i feel thats doubtful. I feel Deco, Carvalho(:)), Paulo, Pizzaro, Sheva, Beletti are all on thier way out due to age and lack of first team football. 6. I would love to win the EPL but after many heartbreakers in the CL it's become the most frustrating trophy in the world and i would love us to capture the CL once and for all.

Depends really, we would get 3/4 seasons out of him i imagine. Kaka is going to get bought for 55+ million and he is about half a year younger than Villa. If we get Villa in the region of 25 Million i personally think that's a bargain in this day and age of transfer prices. David Villa is the only appealing quality striker who i feel is available in this years summer window.

I think im the only one who actually likes the home kit, got it the day it came out and it looks better in person than it does in a picture. The away one looks awesome and i love the white and black. 3rd kit however.......... looks dreadful. I'll keep my tradition and buy a home and away shirt each season, have done for years and i'll only purchase the 3rd if i really like it!

I heared Liverpool are making a bid for film star Bruno as a mirror replacement for Fernando Torres if he gets injured next season, Rafa is defaintly pulling one out of bag. City are being linked with Eto'o and Tevez.

Unless we offer something stupid for him, he's going no where in my opinion.

Well the club say it's not true so let's hope that type of money will be thrown around on various different players instead of just the one

Well if we do fail in signing Kaka this season it just goes to show what type of money we have to sign other players. Im quite shocked though, this type of bid would be unheared of under Scolari.

Yeah i agree, however does this mean this is our only signing of the season? If this deal goes ahead, will there be any more money going in for other players because i personally get the feeling we have made a bid because we are surprised he has only just now become very much available.

I really don't understand why we are paying so much for Kaka, surely he's one of the best players in the world but 73.5 million? Is Roman putting alot more money into the club again or is he trying to prove a point saying we have are still the a transfer powerhouse in world football. Last season this was very much unheared of, but if we do sign Kaka we will get alot of revenue from his name. I guess Roman has put his full backing under Ancelotti which is good i imagine. I guess he would be a fantastic signing though, can play on the right can play in ballacks role and he speaks more or less perfect english.

They have been known for thier debts but i honeslty don't see them selling Pato. They could get rid of some deadwood but selling Pato would be stupid on thier behalf. Kaka is going to be sold simply because they need the money to buy players to rebuild AC Milan. I don't want Chelsea to be known as a Galatico team though, Kaka is a fantastic player but i'd much much rather Pato. I want us too get players who gel with our current crop of players. We may see a new style of play under Ancelotti and i believe Pato and Drogba would be perfect. However if i was Milan i wouldn't get rid of Pato no way.

Kaka has not agreed anything, it's just between AC Milan and Madrid. Apparently there is rumours that we have put a better bid in too sign him. I personally don't think we will pay that much but if we do Roman loves Kaka.

If we buy Pato then im happy, he's an oustanding player and only 19. He will easily become the best striker in the world in a couple of years time no doubt about it.

The best thing we can do is back Carlo, nothing more. We will defaintly have some fresh faces here next season and im looking forward to a new era for Chelsea FC. He's a manager who takes no rubbish from his players and im sure he will get the best out of the team. If the whole Scolari fiasco didn't happy everyone would be estatic with Ancelotti. It's a shame we have to say goodbye to Guus but i feel there is no one else out there who is a better manager for us, at first i was against him but after looking at everything and looking at the way he works he really is a fantastic manager.

I am glad with the signing and glad we got him early, now let's hope we don't mess around in the transfer market and leave it too the last day to sign players. We need to be quick with our dealings and make sure we get our man. Good luck to Carlo for next season.

Looks like he's going to be confirmed us ours tomorrow then, im happy with the choice they have made. Let's hope they give him time.
