  1. No offense, but your a bit too hopeful. Terry is probs on his holiday, why should he comment? Your reading way too much into this. We have rejected the bid and we will keep on rejecting them. The club has put it too bed.
  2. Totally agree, the guy has had the worst 4 years of his career at Newcastle. He has been plauged with Injuries and it almost looked certain for him too be playing at a mid table club next season and arguably the biggest club in world football come in for him and the damn Scousers say he's wrong to move there. Don't they realise he's going there for European Football and a chance of becoming a EPL winners medal also a place in a World Cup England team, this is the big lucky break Michael Owen needed in his career. However the scousers seem to think he's going there just to annoy them. Lack of brain cells from the scousers yet again.
  3. Chelsea will not sell John Terry, simple as that. You can't replace him, he may of had some dodgy games over the season but im 100% sure he will be at Chelsea until he retires. Chelsea won't risk upsetting the teams morale even for 60 million, roman will just sell a yaught to compensate. However the fee is quite a compliment to JT himself, if a rumoured 60 million fee is doing the rounds it's nice to see we have a player who is in the bracket of Ronaldo, Kaka, Ribery fee's. But JT = Priceless.
  4. I very much doubt that would happen since they have Sergio Ramos, remember out of all these big summer signings they have got a bargain in Raul Albiol for 13mill.
  5. I just think it's too show fans that we will not sell our club captain at any price.
  6. Latest reports suggest a deal is in place and all he needs too do is pass his medical.
  7. I agree, Real Madrid have bought 3 stars and in my opinion thier best signing of the season is Raul Albiol as he's a solid defender and he's spanish! However you can't just replace most of your squad and expect them to play amazing football. There are alot of ego's in that Real Madrid squad, even Kaka has one. Im sorry but 200 odd million on a new squad won't beat Barcelona and maybe David Villa, they are the best side in La Liga by a long shot even with the signings of Ronaldo, Kaka and Benzema. Real have the names but they need too show how much of a team they can be on the pitch.
  8. JT stated he wants to remain at Chelsea for as long as he possibly can, JT is our Maldini! Plenty of other targets City can go for in my opinion.
  9. Not sure if anyone has posted this but: http://www.chelseafc.com/page/LatestNews/0...1712156,00.html
  10. Manchester United are reportedly interested in out-of-contract Newcastle United striker Michael Owen. Owen is looking for a new club after allowing his Magpies deal to expire and a number of Premier League clubs are considering a move. The likes of Hull City and Stoke City have signalled their intent to bring him in but it now seems Premier League champions Manchester United have also entered the chase. Sky Bet have slashed their odds on the 29-year-old moving to Old Trafford amid claims that tentative talks have taken place between Owen's representatives and United officials. Sir Alex Ferguson is keen to bolster his strike-force following the departures of Carlos Tevez and Cristiano Ronaldo Karim Benzema had appeared to be a primary target but the Frenchman is now on his way to big-spending Real Madrid. Free agent Owen would be a much cheaper option but United have yet to make any comment on the reports. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11095_5412636,00.html _________________________ They get snubbed by Benzema and now they go for Owen? Not sure what fergie is thinking, very injury prone hasbeen of a striker too fill Tevez's boots. May well be a pack of rubbish made up by the press though.
  11. At the time when i posted this, i thought we were going to get Johnson and he would of been playing in bossys position because the amount we offered. I still rate Glen Johnson even if he's gone to Liverpool, he was the best RB in the league last year so i don't see why people judge his ability. If you do just go and ask Chelsea FC on why they put a bid in for him and why a top four club has signed him. lol regarding the mirror comment, nah im not looking through a mirrior im looking at it upside down :)
  12. Pato is not overated, any club in the world would want him. At 19 he is easily the most promising talent in world football today, he's even getting a bit of muscle on him now which makes him a stronger striker than he already is. The guy has everything.
  13. Sheva replied to MHedges's topic in Chelsea FC Rumours
Got a feeling that this guy is our number 1 target for Ancelotti this summer, after looking through reports after reports since the season ended it looked like David Villa was our number 1 target and since he didn't want to move country all interest has turned to Pato. Constant reports coming out of Italy regarding us making a huge offer for the Brazilian. Just curious in what people think of the price going around, people go crazy when there is talk of a 15 million bid for Pirlo aged 30 and whats everyone's opinion of a 50+ million for Pato who's 19? I know everyone wants Aguero, pretty obvious but you get the feeling interest cooled on that topic a couple of weeks back.
  14. We have been linked with him a month ago or so, probs just a renewed story.
  15. News coming in that Barca are about to offer Eto'o a contract extension, would be stupid to sell Eto'o in my opinion since henry, messi and him form the best attack in the world. Laporta has stated he wants Eto'o to stay, City should focus on getting the Tevez deal sorted. Tevez, Robinho and if Santa Cruz gets his shooting boots on it will still be a fantastic strike force.
  16. Fact is nobody knows how Chelsea is run, how kenyon works, how roman works. People bash Kenyon when they have no idea on whats going on. Do i think he is a saint? no but i fail too see how people know so much about him too see how he works. People only bash him cause he was a manc. If we fail to sign a player, we blame Kenyon with no other reasons. Ever thought that a player doesn't want to come to us? Nothing Kenyon can do.

Got a funny feeling he is probs lieing just to send a message to the Milan fans that they are not selling thier best players.
  18. What a shame, i was really looking forward too the white one being the away one aswell .
  19. Lets just say, if we signed him i wouldn't be devasted. I would defaintly be cautious and i would be willing to give him a chance because he certaintly has the talent.
  20. Ibra has the talent there is no doubt about it but he seems the type of player thats in it for himself and not the team. However im too quick to judge as i only really watched him in his Juve days as i have gone off Serie A. He's talented no doubt but i just think he's not that much of a team player. My personal opinion.
  21. Read that earlier, not really sure how people get paid to write this tripe. He literally has no clue what he is on about.
  22. On that front does anyone see Sheva staying a season like he said? I know he has a bit of a wage on him but im sure he would be a huge help too Ancelotti. Plus i wouldn't mind seeing another Man Utd goal line clearance!
  23. I wouldn't mind him going to someone like Villa, quality player and it was a shame he left us.
