I agree, that we need the second striker. However it really depends on who our manager is next season, it's going to be an interesting pre-season in the transfer window for chelsea than it has been in years as we defaintly know for sure that we're going to have players leave and players to join with a hint of a big summer transfer coup. The names of Aguero, Villa, Silva... have all been mentioned and personally i just think we're going to be surprised with who we sign. First things first though, i'd like to see who the manager will be after Hiddink. If Hiddink stays i think Van der Vaart is on his way to Chelsea, that is the only signing i think that will happen. But if we make a big name signing before we get a manager, we know it's Romans influence unless Kaka hides in Ancelotti's suitcase too London.

Don't care what anyone says, Hiddink has nothing to do with Malouda's recent form. Why is Malouda playing good? one reason and one reason only... his new hair cut. Have you actually seen it?! he has too be confident on the ball with that barnet!

Don't care how fat he is, how old he is... this guy is THE best striker too have ever graced the pitch. Simply phenomenol and i still want too see him in the premiership.

Haha true, when you look at Ronaldo and Quaresma... they are both pretty much the same they have ego's and attitude problems but the thing about Quaresma is that the big thing that has let him down all his career no matter how much quality he has and how much talent... is the fact that he is so greedy. When Ronaldo came to Man Utd he was like a kid trying to take on everyone, he calmed that down after a season or 2 and started to pass alot more, if only Quaresma would do the same thing and we would have our very own World Player of the Year ( If we signed him that is ).

When Quaresma is loved, he's unstoppable..... sadly he's not loved at the moment. Remember seeing a survey when we loaned him, saying something like 8 out or 10 portuguese people believe he's more gifted than ronaldo, the only thing that holds him back is his ego and lazyness. Stone wall Penalty, ITV showed what happened and i love the fact it was a stone wall Penalty and Man Utd are out Jagielka's leg hit Welbecks shin causing his legs to cross and lose his balance, gotta laugh at the outcome !

I know im in a minority but i love them all, especially the white one. They all look very modern and stylish and the colours work, the third one is alot like an Inter Milan kit. But most people didnt like this seasons kits but we learnt to love it

Seem's a bit wierd if we got rid of Deco for no money at all and just got Quaresma for a season. I'd be all for a straight swap, but we can still get a bit of money for Deco.

I myself went to the semi-final yestarday, lucky me got some awesome tickets since i rarely get the chance to go to a game. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the banter. Pitch looked awesome until they played on it, and im glad too see it's a Chelsea vs Everton Final as it will most defaintly be a good game and both teams will be up for it. Wednesdays game will have no reccurance to what happens in the final in my opinion. Plus once we win the champs league final our players will be tired for the fa cup

Have consistant wingers is key to winning the season in my opinion, out of the wingers we have Kalou, Malouda, Joe Cole... Cole is the only winger i'd like to see here next season because i honestly believe the other 2 are simply not good enough for Chelsea and way too inconsistant.

I expect a solid performance from us and we should have a lot of confidence going into this, Arsenal played a poor Villareal side tonight but they have got alot of attacking flair. I still think Adebayor is one of the most overated strikers in the world, we have to keep a look out for Theo Walcott and im sure our full backs can handle him. Im confident if Drogba is on form he can frustrate the life out of Arsenal's defence. Will be a tough game as Arsenal are form but we are aswell.

Fantastic game for 90 mins, i knew this wasen't going to be a walk in the park and give credit to liverpool for coming at us i actually dont mind some of the players at liverpool i just despise thier fans and steven gerrard. They got my respect tonight, however and i say this with a bit of worry.. we did go down easy tonight as in on the tackles and as a chelsea fan it concerned me but it frustrated the hell out of liverpool. Mascherno should of been of gone for some of his late tackles, but im glad we're through all credit to Drogba and what a turn around and he's a monster up top for us and lampard, everyone played well 2nd half and tonight i was proud to see malouda skin 2 liverpool defenders with ease it nearly brought a tear too my eye. Next up Barca and no Ashley cole, in my opinion shove Ivanovic on the left with a returning bosignwa on the right. John toshack pointed out messi cuts in on the defender and it's good to have a right sided full back on the left against messi. Oh i can't wait!

It's quite obvious Robinho is at the wrong club and he's showing his feelings that he didn't want to go to Man City in the first place, but do i want him as a Chelsea fan? Not really since he's showed that he has a lazy, ungrateful side to him and i feel that we have an equally as good player on loan who would come for alot cheaper and that is Ricardo Quaresma, but he is an iffy one to but he has recently come out stating he is enjoying his time and chelsea even knowning he aint playing and if Quaresma is loved then we will see a world class winger at the bridge in my opinion.

Im sure one tourenment last year cancelled out the yellow cards during the semi/quarter stage.... it may of been the Euro's i just remember something like that happening.

Haha, well i used to browse these forums under a different name a long time ago but never posted and just simply forgot my password and thought to myself one of my all time favourite players have joined Chelsea so i'll call myself Sheva! I don't regret Sheva being at Chelsea, we seen moments of class but i was gutted he failed since i always knew he tried to give 100% for the team unlike some signings. As for David Villa, think it's safe to say he's going to stay in Spain, if Eto leaves Barca he's off to Barca in my opinion. Shame really fantastic striker that i would love to see in the premiership.

If bolton can come and score 3 goals like that in the space of a couple of minutes, liverpool can. We defaintly need to shape up for Tuesdays game.

We've been linked with this guy from numerous press sites/papers, he has every right to post, it is a rumours section after all there is no need to get bitchy and barky about it. This smithy seems like a nice guy, why scare off new forum members there is no need for it. back on topic : looks like he's quite a nippy player but after getting Malouda! i always think twice about when looking at players from the french league but i don't follow it so i have no clue.
