Oh lord, please no. Apart from getting himself into trouble every six months or so, at not one of the many clubs he's played for now has he lived up to his promise. Plus he has too many tattoos and I don't like that :lol:

Mod's, if this is the wrong forum then you can move it.

I know we still have the FA Cup final to play for, but I'm interested in starting this thread as a one stop shop for all player comings and goings that will happen in the Summer.

I believe that Kalou's contract is up now, so it will be interesting to see what will happen to him as he's now able to leave for free, but to whom?

So, if you hear anything regarding any of our current players or potential players, lets put them in here

We're gonna sell everyone and we're gonna buy everyone else. Then we're gonna buy back the players we sold at double the price we sold them for then we're gonna loan them out and pay their wages. Then we're gonna buy Platini and be given the Champions League on a plate at which point we're gonna shove it up his arse sideways whilst sticking all of our free flags up the arse of Clive Tyldsely then we're gonna be banned from ever playing the game again. Then we're all gonna take up cushy media jobs and criticise Liverpool and get sacked for breaking the golden rule for media work that you must never say a bad word about them ever.

Is that silly? Well it is the silly season.

So the season isn't even over for us, and we still don't know who our manager will be next season, but so far here is a list of who we're being linked with.

Adebayour: Young Arsenal striker, seen as a replacement for Drogba and favoured by supposed incoming manager Ancelotti. Good GOD I hope not.

Arnautovic: Young Austrian striker, seen as the next Ibrahimovic. So if we like our strikers to be sulky but show moments of brilliance, and has an ego bigger than the whole club, we've got a winner.

Zhirkov: Talented Russian left sided player, cna create width and cover for Ashley Cole if needed. Sounds very promising.

Dzagoev: Young and seemingly idolizes Chelsea and Frank Lampard. Don't know enough about him to comment.

Misimivic: Bosnian...that's about all I know

Dzeko: Young talented Bosnian striker that is heavily touted by fellow countrymen, but seen as a little bit of an enigma as he's "only scoring in germany." Clubs top scorer. Intersting option.

Aguerro: Again another young attacking player, Argentinian and been very sucessful in La Liga. Athletico could be persuaded to let him go if the price is right. A great player in my opinion, but we've not had much luck with recent Argentinian signings.

Anyone else? Thoughts?

Anyone else? Yes, Tevez, although the Media appear desperate to see him go to Anfield we still get a mention on the shortlist of those interested. Thoughts? You know them already, M-M. ;)

We've been linked with Ashley Young and Maicon (off the top of my head) and I'm pretty sure we'll be getting a new 2nd backup keeper...hopefully Carlo will come back.

Don't get too swayed by what the papers say guys. Real Madrid were allegedly after Pennant and still are. His agent must be so full of bullsh*t he'll explode soon and the aftereffect will be far bigger than that of the North Korea nuclear tests.
