Top 5 Prediction
On current form and barring us making any kind of signings I've gone for: 1: Man Utd 2. Liverpool 3. Chelsea 4. Villa 5. Arsenal I think sooner or later Villa's small squad will take it's toll on them and that will keep them from over taking us, also Arsenal may pip them for fourth if they get some kind of consistancy together.

Manure get more lenient reffing
Nice article on referees continued leniency towards Rooney: http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/20...nchester-united Obviously the bit about Poll sending JT off at Spurs is bollocks.

Robben shows us what we're missing
He may be made of glass and miss loads of games but he is exactly the type of player we're missing at the moment.

Correct score poll/bet versus Man Utd
Sadly I don't think we'll win, so I've gone for 1-1. We'll score first then Man Utd will get a late equaliser, no doubt aided by the referee.

MOTM vs Southend
I'm going to reserve judgement until after I've seen the "highlights".

FA, Chelsea vs Southend, 03/01/09, 1500 GMT
On current form I doubt we'll get a 3-0 victory again this season.

FA, Chelsea vs Southend, 03/01/09, 1500 GMT
Quite simply disgraceful. Southend are 55 league places below us for f*cks sake.

Zhirkov to Chelsea Confirmed
No you're not the only one, I thought that as well. :) Dr. Hans Zarkov.

Zhirkov to Chelsea Confirmed
He's certainly got sweet feet and a nice turn of pace and although he may not score loads of goals (14 in 129 games for CSKA) if there of this quality I won't mind.

Give this kid a chance
The lad looks like he's got the skills to pay the bills. Reminds me of a young Sweet Waffle. ;) :D

Half Time Report - Who Has Impressed/Disappointed Most
Impressed Cech - Getting back to his best. A. Cole - Like Loz said, he's benefitting from the new regime. Mikel - Looks at home in the Makelele role, just a shame he's inherited his shooting ability. Disappointed Deco - If only there was a returns policy for faulty players in football, he'd be on the first plane back to Barcelona with receipt in hand. Like receiving a Rolex only to find out it's a fake. Malouda - Flatters to deceive on so many occassions it's a joke and nobody's laughing. Kalou - Promises so much yet is he ever going to deliver on his supposed potential? All the more galling when you consider he's the same age as Ronaldo.

PL, Fulham vs Chelsea, 28/12/08, 1400 GMT
Scolari post match: "We had six, seven, eight chances to score and got two. They had two, from free-kicks, and scored twice. "We had more possession, but we made two dangerous mistakes in our box and because of that we've lost two points, it really was just incredible. "But we're in a good position, we just need to win games, nothing more." Well that's alright then, I feel much better now.

Which iPod?
Get an iPod touch, I've got the 16gb version and it's first class. Have a look on the site for all things iPod: http://www.ilounge.com/ their buyers guide is well worth a download. By the way iTunes isn't crap.

Manure get more lenient reffing
Par for the course, as Rooney is still learning and Ronaldo was just frustrated at being marked out of a game!! ::ChElSeaFLag:: Not to mention they were recovering from their exploits in Japan. The amount of times jet lag was mentioned as an excuse was unreal. Anyone would think the poor little mites had travelled economy class and only returned a couple of days ago the way that Sky kept going on about it.

PL, Everton vs Chelsea, 22/12/08, 2000 GMT
Another non-perfomance against second rate opposition. We've become so one dimensional and obvious it takes the p*ss.

MOTM vs Everton
Obviously has to be Cech.

Recomendations...
I would recommend Far Cry 2 as it is a great game but it's got a nasty bug in it, I've got to about 65% completion on it (over 40 hours of play) and I can go no further as my saved game is corrupt. Ubisoft (the developer) as far as I've heard haven't even acknowledged the problem exists so no patch has been released. Call of Duty: World at War is good and is worth completing for the extra Nazi Zombie level.

Shuffle Ten
My favourite tracks are Jump In The Pool and White Diamonds. You should check out The Presets and their album Apocalypso, they're an Australian band my sister put me on to, they're quite similar to Friendly Fires.
-
Shuffle Ten
They're probably my favourite band at the moment, I purchased their album on the strength of Paris alone and I'm glad I did, as it's been on heavy rotation since.

PL, Chelsea vs West Ham, 14/12/08, 1600 GMT
I'd like to say I was surprised by todays result/performance but I'd be lying if I did. I've lowered my expectations and I suggest you all do to.

It's a good job that Anelka hasn't got a kidney stone as he'd never pass it. Woeful first half. Joey looks lively and that's about the only positive I can think of. 45 minutes before we got a shot on target!!
