Man Utd v Chelsea (PL) Sat 24th Oct 2020 17:30 GMT
United have some confidence again now but are really only good when playing on the counter attack so we should do the same to them, sit deep and pick off their sh*t defence. It worked for Palace and Spurs so we can do the same if we’re smart enough to set up like that. Really can’t take the prospect of being turned over by the Norwegian Moyes once again. Can’t expect a clean sheet with our defence and as United will have their mandatory penalty, so I’m going 3-2 Chelsea.

Maybe Liverpool were really desperate to see Solksjaer keep his job. Funny how without Mane, Henderson and their keeper the whole system they play comes crashing down. Mad season ahead.

Evra trying to resign from Sky live on tv. What a bell end. He should stick to getting off with raw chicken.

It's Spurs but this is still comedy gold. Unfortunately Solksjaer will have to be sacked after this and they will get someone half competent.

Spurs v Chelsea (LC) Tues 29th Sep 19:45 GMT
Passive and weak second half and I’m nervous about Palace now. If the old owl Hodgson gets one over on Frank then the pressure will really be on. I still think we’ll beat them though. Nothing can possibly go wrong...

The bald fraud is about to throw more cheques at that defence it seems. Looks like they need it. Get our act together and we can finish above them. Catching Liverpool on the other hand will be harder.

Funny as it was as it was Spurs, referees, the pathetic attention seeking narcissists that they are, are using VAR to ruin/effect games as much as possible. Fingers crossed they don’t f**k us over too much this season. At least these incompetent twats are going to the pitch side monitors now.

Super Frank Lampard
I’m not convinced Lampard is the manager a lot of Chelsea fans hope he is but at the same time he deserves a chance to get it right. Once the new signings are fit and bedded in we’ll see what he is made of. One thing for sure is if we’re sitting well off top 4 in a couple of months the owners will get shot. We finished on 66 points last season with 12 defeats, therefore with the outlay on transfers a realistic target is 80 points and 6 defeats, plus the quarters of the Champions League. I would be disappointed if we are just scraping top 4 again and would say that was underperforming and questions need to be asked. Frank’s biggest issue for me, is settling on a first XI and system. If Havertz or Werner have to be benched while they settle in so be it, rather than crow bar them in every game. He is faced with a conundrum when all the players are fit but a good coach with this squad would find a way to make it work.

Weird how Silva did a tribute to Slippy G in the first half and then we did a Crystanbul while in a Palace looking kit.

Nicely worked. Just need 2 more.

I want to see Werner up top not scrapping it out on the sidelines for loose balls.

Most away goals conceded by any team since the start of last season according to Sky. We have literally a relegation quality defence.

Why wasn’t Azpi on from the start. Surely unless he becomes an amputee he is better than Alonso?

Team of strangers out there. Absolute shambles. Big second half needed.

We haven’t conceded for 5 minutes. Corner turned.

Talking about building a guy up only to f**k it up. Thiago Silva doing his best slippy G impression there. Let’s be honest we were lucky against Brighton and been sh*t so far this season.

Not sure what’s worse. Alonso or that kit. Even he would admit he’s sh*t in a back four. Still a long way to go.

Chelsea v Liverpool (PL) Sun 20th Sep 2020 16:30 GMT
Really frustrating game - everything that could go wrong did. The first half was even but a simple hoof up the middle of the pitch catches us out and we gift them the game. I felt beforehand that this game came too early for us, with the new players bedding in and injuries. Werner looked threatening and as soon as he gets service rather than trying to do it all himself, he’s going to score lots of goals. And if that’s not Kepa’s last game for Chelsea then you have to question the manager’s sanity. Looks like he’s taking brown envelopes he’s so bad.

Liverpool look like they have zero creativity apart from hoof ball from the fullbacks and hoping Mane does something. Missing Trent’s long ball today. They are good in Europe and when they got clear like last year. But suspect they’ll bottle it when it’s close in England however. Can’t see them retaining the league with no real signings and such a weak mentality.

Chelsea V Arsenal: FA Cup Final Saturday 1st August 17:30 GMT
We weren’t very good today and overall Arsenal deserved it but again, Anthony Taylor and the standard of officiating in this country was shown up to be absolutely abysmal. No matter how incompetent these refs are, there is no accountability or any effort for improvement, just an arrogant doubling down of their ineptitude with the help of the cowards in the VAR room. It’s funny how quickly VAR is used to disallow goals for the tiniest infraction yet is barely ever used for other game changing decisions. It’s almost like these narcissists are deliberately trying to ruin football and the experience of the fans watching. Plus the refusal to use the pitch side monitor because it’s ‘takes too much time’ despite some VAR reviews taking several minutes defies logic. Glad there is a break now and we have some good signings to look forward to before I have to witness a referee or VAR again.

Man Utd v Chelsea (FA-Semi) Sun 19th July 2020 18:00 GMT
I guess Frank is saving Pulisic for the league games which is fair enough in the scheme of things. We’re due a win against this lot so I’m putting my faith in the law of averages rather than logic today.

Jose still hasn’t lost his knack for crushing Brendan Rodgers’ dreams. I wouldn’t go so far as to say he’s a fraud but he’s overrated in my opinion. 5th is a decent result overall for Leicester but the wheels have come off since Christmas. Crazy we might not even need another point to get Champions league.

On the plus side, this run cements Solksjaer in the job for at least another season.

Can’t work out if Utd are getting a knack for winning ugly or just jammy bastards. Somewhere in between probably. One bad result and the wheels come off I reckon.
