Our rivals were laughing the day we appointed Potter. Dirty spurs supporting mate text left me a lovely voice note laughing when we appointed him after I'd gave him stick saying they were going to end up with Potter before they got Conte. I'm not an advocate of Mou coming back but he'll certainly cause our rivals more concern than Potter ever will unless we consider our new rivals Luton and QPR. At least he understands the club and what Chelsea should be which is something the ownership, manager and seemingly some of our so called supporters have forgotten lately.

Even if you want to wait until the summer to appoint a manager I can't fathom why anyone would let Graham near Cobham for the rest of the season. We've just been rolled over by 2 managerless teams. Performances, results and moral are rock bottom. I'd feel a lot better about the season and think moral would definitely improve around the club if Graham goes tonight even without a replacement.

What jumps out at me. Potter has 4 losses less than Tuchel had in his time here despite Tommy T managing 45 games more. Potter would need to win 8 and draw 1 of his next 9 games to match AVB's record. If Potter wins his next 7 matches (lol I know) he'll still have a worse record than Scolari, Di Matteo and Benitez. These are only league Games, us getting knocked out of both domestic cups for the first time in 36 years and without scoring a goal is just another part of the process.

Now that's a game we should have won, probably our best performance of the season imo. I believe the graphic came from Tuchels Pre match interview that day. Certainly more pleasant reading than any stat under Potter prior to today's game. I'm not sure the poor interns at Sky would be able to find any stats to big us up at the moment. That said if there were any I'm surely Boehly would have brought them to everyones attention now.

Saw this doing the rounds today. Pain. I'd expect tottenham to win their next 7 against us while Conte is there and Potter is here. You're never going to back a Potter team against a Conte side.

Remember guys results don't matter. We have a long term project under a promising manager who has got rid of deadwood like Mudryk, Fofana and Badiashille and is developing our young future stars like Ziyech and Koulibaly. I know some fair weather supporters might say no one has improved in 6 months but 6 months isn't long enough for any improvement. We didn't sign all these players to 8 year contracts because we expected to win in the next few seasons. I really do believe with a bit of luck, £2Billion more on players and 5 or 6 seasons Potter could get us to were Newcastle are now.

Hoping for 9 0-0 draws

The contract looked insane at the time as did hiring Potter in the first place. I'm no longer Pining for Tuchel. Potter is so bad I'm now pining for Fat Rafa, AVB, Scolari, Neil Warnock and Big Sam. Probably would take Lukaku as player manager. At this point it really is anyone but Graham Pottee.

It was time to go 5 months ago. At this point I think anyone who's Potter in is a WUM or a plastic that is more interested in virtue signalling how they back tbe manager or don't care how bad the results get rather than actually being a Chelsea supporter and wanting what's best for the club. It's not just that Potter has the worst results and lowest goals per game out of any manager in Chelsea history. No one can actually point to a single player that's improved under him or a single promising sign every argument for Potter staying just ignores the job he's actually doing and bizarrely imagines if given enough time he'll suddenly do a complete 180.

He still thinks the results aren't worse under Potter

Potter didn't achieve a positive goal difference once in his 3 full seasons at Brighton. Poch did it in his only full season at Southampon who were even worse when he took over. Despite having 2 wins in 16 games Potter has a better win percentage and a better goal difference per game than he did at Brighton. This is the level of the manager we chose to hire.

That was the only reason he was hired after being so mediocre at Brighton. Him remaining here is just stubbornness from the owners who won't admit the painful truth they voluntary chose to implement the biggest managerial downgrade in the sports history before they had a director of football in place who would have stopped them.

What's strange about a players level dropping when you sack a world class manager and hire the worst coach in the league? Basically a reverse Rashford situation.

As pissed off as i am at losing yet another game if Potter is sacked today it will feel like a win.

But Mbappe wouldn't look worth £30m if he was coached by Potter which is why I was against the loan at the time You can't assess an attacking player when he's playing under the worst manager in the clubs history and not one attacking player has ever looked good under him in his entire managerial career.

Just read Graham Potters teams have failed to score in 73% of halfs he's managed in his entire PL career. Trust the process.

I don't think anything sums Graham Potters ability to oversee this project than him benching most the new signings to play the 30 year old who's been sh*te for us for 3 seasons and actually signed for another club on deadline day.
