Some of the gutter journalists in Scotland though are alludiing that Rangers are doing this as a show of one upmanship along with inviting the Navy on the pitch at halftime, it's funny how similar things are done all across the country with no outrage but in Scotland everything is just to offend Celtic fans. Out of interest how was the procedings at Stamford Bridge bar the actual Football which lets face it was embarrassing.

The Green Brigade constantly hold IRA karaoke and banner fests with little reaction from the media or authorities until now, Celtic deal with them week in and out so know who's responsible for the display. On a seperate note it's irratating how Rangers have to be brought into this mess, it has absolutely nothing to do with Rangers.

I still can't get my head around how his career just went downhill like it did, he shines for St Johnstone which isn't saying much but really should have went onto better things.

Happy Days, this was the era when I started supporting Chelsea and can still remember watching a lot of these games.

Always thought that he seems like one of the team who really plays for the jersey, definately a legend in the making in my opinion.

I think it would be unfair to shaft Ivanovic after his performances this season.

Although I rate Benayoun I don't think he will even be able to fill the role that Lampard plays, anyways forget the doom and gloom we're still top of the league and can see a vast improvement in the next few weeks.

I do think we need a player who can fill that role when Frank isn't playable, i'm not hitting the panic button too soon but think its an area which we need some more backup.

I voted for Alex, would have went for Lampard but really he's been the best player for Chelsea over the past few years so i'm going give Alex a bit more credit, both should be included in any team of the year.

Heard rumours about Gattuso coming to Chelsea, apparently him Ancelotti have a good rapport. Don't know if this has been posted before and don't know how reputable it is, personally I can't see where he would fit in and think he's well past his prime.

Hi, just joined the forum and was advised to post here. Anyways i'm from Glasgow and i'm a Rangers fan but have had a soft spot for Chelsea from a young age, initially it was the colours but as I got older I realised there was a bit of a link between the two clubs and after the last friendly match I was sold. Never been to a Chelsea game (minus the friendly at Ibrox abeit in the Rangers end) but would love to make a game sometime in the future. Thought I would join the forum and catch up with any rumours etc before the next season.
