Worth bearing in mind Utd are labouring against the team which finished in seventh in la liga. We comfortably outplayed the team that finished first and second four times.

That’s why Utd finished second. They have individuals who make the difference. They’re far more clinical than us. I don’t think they’re a better team though. Just make it up as they go along, no real pattern of play.

Seen and heard a lot of negativity (not saying here as not read match thread) and don’t understand it. Sure it was disappointing to lose, see some familiar failings and have to rely on that lot, but come on people...back in January we were a shambles. Fourth was a bit of a dream, let alone a cl final. As per usual the ref was against us today - funny to see Leicester have the decisions go against them and schmeichel fcuk up - karma for the cup final. shame Liverpool, who match of the day bizarrely made the main story about tonight despite very little happening in their game, sponnily got in the top 4 and finished above us. mad to see that sh*te arsenal side end up only 6 behind us.

Hope those that wanted chelsea to sign Reguilon instead of Chilwell last summer are tucking into some humble pie 😀

Are sp*rs fans there tonight? Pathetic performance, just like their team. Compare the atmosphere there with what we did last night. can’t rely on this bunch of turds doing us any favours on Sunday against Leicester.

What a great night at the bridge. Full crowds haven’t made as much noise as the 8000 of us tonight. That’s the standard as far as making an atmosphere is concerned. If we can make that noise with 4/5ths of the ground empty, what difference could a full stadium make? As for top 4, it’s not done yet. Villa will be tough as they will have their fans behind them on Sunday...but we have put it back in our hands again, that’s the main thing.

Just seen the penalty Chelsea didn’t get. Nice to see Barcelona benefitting from the same bent bs in the women’s game too.
