Realistic January targets
Isco would be a good shout, especially now that he has fallen out with Rafa

Jose Mourinho thread
You have made some good points here. 1. Harrassing Hazard - can't take the heat then stay out the kitchen. Willian seems to have responded well to Mourinhos advice and support. If he's being that disruptive we should have swapped him with Bale. 2. I think Costa was allowed to play because Mourinho gave him the opportunity. It wasnt Costas decision to be available. 3. Matic should have performed better, he has the ability proven last season. If he improves now it would imply he played poorly to get Mourinho out. 4. Eva was brought in by AVB...should have left with him.

Guus Hiddink - New (old) Chelsea-manager
If Hiddink joins im sure it would have been made very clear that his role is temporary. He did well when he managed the team following Scolari's departure and I hope he comes in for the interim. Im bitterly disappointed losing Mourinho. I hope the players who didnt believe in him have the minerals to either respect our club and perform or respectfully do one.

Jose Mourinho thread
Drogba, Cech, Terry, Lampard...these are players that respected Mourinho and had a positive influence in the dressing room. I believe any doubtful managerial decisions wouldn't get questioned as these players would convey the managers strategy and generate belief in his decisions. The landscape has since changed and it seems respect has also diminished...very sad to see

Jose Mourinho thread
Mourinho is a true legend and stand up bloke. He trusted and played his best squad every game. I would have preferred he singled out any disruptive influences or so called bad apples, brought in our loanees to replace them and see us through until the end of the season. Unfortunately Mourinho has too much pride and integrity to single out individuals and we're left with a possibly divided dressing room without arguably the worlds best manager...

I wouldn't rely on the Daily Star as a reliable source of information

José Mourinho Confirmed as Chelsea Manager!
Once people have unplugged themselves from the matrix and realise pep is at bayern, ancelotti is unemployed and mourinho is still at Chelsea we can have a relevant discussion
-
Shevchenko!
Relegation won't happen...don't think anyones concerned about that.

José Mourinho Confirmed as Chelsea Manager!
I cant see that idea being entertained at Chelsea...Jose being replaced by Ramos. Wouldnt make any sense on many levels

Branislav Ivanovic - Your Views?
Love the guy, but unfortunately its over. No disrespect to him but you cant maintain that level of form forever.

José Mourinho Confirmed as Chelsea Manager!
Easier to find players than a manager...

Eva Carneiro
Anyone ever considered the possibility she was a distraction to the players or maybe even had a relationship with a player. The mistake she made was the perfect excuse Jose needed to get her out?

What's gone wrong? Why are we so bad?
So who do you think should succeed him?

Porto vs Chelsea (CL) 29/9/15 KO: 19:45 BST
I actually think exactly that...I cannot believe that Mourinho has overlooked Ivanovic's recent below par performances? He's one of the most decorated managers in the world and i cannot believe he has missed what both fans and pundits are criticising in Ivanovic's recent performances? However do you believe Mourinho stills plays him after everything he's achieved and all the pressure he's faced, the wheels are off after 7 premier league games and Ivanovic is the only one who can save him!!!???

Branislav Ivanovic - Your Views?
Dave's a right back but plays left back for us...that's a bit special

Branislav Ivanovic - Your Views?
I wouldn't be surprised if Jose is including him intentionally to highlight the shortcomings of our current squad. This would certainly give him the ability to negotiate a better transfer budget...

There's always a method behind the madness. One step back to make two steps forward...I definitely believe he has the interests of the club ahead of anything else.

Imbula from Porto
Good point Scott, at the same time great players are looking average. Hopefully we can start showcasing some of our upcoming players

Imbula from Porto
Yes you're absolutely right. We should definitely be nurturing home grown

Imbula from Porto
I was really impressed with this guy after watching our Champions League clash with Porto today. I can really see him doing a job for us in all competitions. He reminded me of Essien at his best driving forward with the composure of Makalele. Obviously not at the level of those players but has the potential to be a great holding midfielder. Anyone else think he stood out?

Porto vs Chelsea (CL) 29/9/15 KO: 19:45 BST
I think the Ivanovic situation which may also extend to other players in the team is due to the small squad we like to play with. The advantage is that it gives players confidence and opportunity to develop a good understanding and team spirit playing week in week out with the same group. On the flip side it allows players to become comfortable and complacent due to the lack of competition for places...tough one for a manager

For those that want Mourinho to get sacked, consider the the number of great managers vs great players? In a decade how many great managers will be available in comparison to great players? If you don't know what I'm trying to get at my point is we have one of the greatest managers in football history managing our club who are few and far between. On the other hand players that aren't committed or motivated to meet the standards Chelsea expect can be replaced quite easily.
