I agree, I think there too naturally attacking and if AVB still has the high line in place then Spurs are buggered from the off.

Can't see Spurs being able to deal with the trinity of Hazard/Oscar and most importantly Mata.

Might have been a bit of a kneejerk reaction but it seems to be every game he misses a sitter and I just don't want one day for it to be the match-winning or at least drawing chance.

Still more than enough time to turn this around but it amazes me how some people on here are still defending Torres when not a game goes by without him missing a sitter. If this was any other striker he would be nowhere near the first team.

Ramires is pretty much a dead cert for the Spurs game, just RDM prioritsing him for the bigger game.

Possibly rest Oscar and give Lampard a game behind Torres/Sturridge.

Could very easily see him as captain at some point in the next 5 years, probably the nicest person in football since Zola.

This just goes to show how good he was last year when he was being played out of position, that chip over Valdes will live forever.

The saddest day for me will be when Terry and Lampard are no longer playing as the first team I can really remember being a 90's baby was like Cudicini, Babayaro, Gudjonsen, Zola, Gronkjaer and co and it's going to be emotional when all of that team has moved on.

I would be satisfied with just the Premier League this year, maybe with the FA/Capital One cup as a taster before the main course.
