I have said it once and I'll say it again. Luke Shaw could end up being the best Left Back in the world. He is already top class at 18? Has all the ability in the world. Some think that is jumping the gun but he impresses every time I see him play. He is one of the few players I take great interest outside of Chelsea. He is English and from a national point of view I feel it is important we keep good English players as a core of our club. Chelsea is an English club, who would have thought right? Ash has been one of the worlds best for years now and a Chelsea great, so if he feels shaw is right then who am I to argue. Luke Shaw. This really is a bad dream, the worst kind of dream because it's coming true. Juan will always be held in high regards by me and most supporters. The only thing that bothers me is that we really don't know what went so wrong behind the scenes that our best player couldn't find regular football under Jose. Like a divorce with no answers. I trust in Jose firmly, as should we all. I don't like that Mata is going but where are we in the league right now? Who is the man leading us? At the end of the day though United need a lot more than Juan Mata to be a decent side again. I don't see anything that should suggest that United are favourites for the 4th spot. They haven't exactly been world beaters, even with RVP & Rooney in the squad. They have gotten worse and other teams have gotten better. They are also rapidly losing that vibe of success around them, teams feel like 3 points is very attainable when playing them. We are doing our part, we just need the likes of Arsenal and City to slip up. I cannot really see City dropping points vs anyone but us. Arsenal will do an Arsenal and melt down soon I think.

That was absolutely brilliant tonight from the lads. When I saw Eto'o start, I'll be the first to admit I didn't like the look of it. So glad I was wrong. Eto'o was on fire tonight! We are the better team with superior players and it showed tonight. United look very much an average side that played up a bit because it was vs us at the Bridge. I thought everyone done well tonight, the worst performances were good performances. Luiz did scare me a little bit because he does have a bit of a temper and got a little carried away at times. Hazard played well tonight, scared the sh*t out of United haha. Champions win games like these, we are right where we need to be and the gooners have a tough stretch ahead, I expect them to drop some points. We just need to keep things going and I think this win will have really given us a boost in moral. KTBFFH!

Honestly they have such an average team, their name and reputation is the only thing that they have going for them at the moment. so excited for this one ladies & gents! Christmas come early this year. We have every chance of winning this one. We do well against Arsenal and they have proven that they can beat the clubs they are meant to. When Arsenal come up against the big boys it is like they don't believe they are in the same calibre, their confidence fades. I expect us to do well today because I know Chelsea tend to raise their game according to their opposition. Ramsey is having a hell of a season, we will definitely have to keep him in check but the fact that their is no Jack the lad is a great thing. I have a feeling Hazard is going to be up for this. Terry saved us some blushes today with that clearance. I don't know how we allowed Palace to have that kind of possession late on the game. To be fair though, the football gods were just not going to allow us to score a third, how the hell didn't we score a third!? Defence seems to be our true weakness at the moment and Luiz was no where near good enough today. Terry without a doubt our best CB even with his age and Cahill is better than Luiz as a CB in my opinion. We have put ourselves in position to take the lead in the premiership, it is all up to us now. I like Chelsea's chances against the better sides because we raise our game. Arsenal have been consistent in beating teams they should beat but don't have the bottle against the big boys. City did us a favour let's repay them with a win and a 1st place spot!

That's right Palace.... open up! The more they do that the more scoring chances we will have. Their push for a draw will be their downfall, they of all clubs certainly do not have it in them to make a running battle of things.

I think Willian is playing well but I still fancy Schurrle as the better player. Either way looking good in that department. Just reading through the comments. Palace fans calling themselves "Ultras". I am in no way a supporter of hooliganism but no Englishman with any ounce of dignity would call himself and Ultra, leave that to the mainland europeans. Soft stuff. Anyway if Bertrand is going, I hope he does well because he has been an incredible servant to this club. I can't see where he failed to impress but he just doesn't seem to have that "thing" about him that is going to make him a famous player. I'd be sad to see him go but let's be honest he was never going to be considered the man to succeed Ash. Either way he deserves first team football. I said it earlier, a 2 Niller to the Chels.

If I have gathered anything this year it is that Schurrle must play. I'm really starting to see his value, always gives 110%. A 2-niller would be great and that is about all you could expect at the moment. We seem to play down to our opponents level, I have more confidence in a match vs City than I do when we play the likes of stoke/swansea/westbrom/ etc. We are missing a cdm who can play the ball forward and quickly, Mikel is an okay player but he cannot do that and Rambo is definitely not a cdm. I am confidant we will win.
