Whilst staying in the championship wouldn't be a disaster as it is for more of the cash happy teams in the Championship, the chance to keep players like Vydra and Chalobah in the EPL is worth playing for.

I really hope Zola can sort a loan extension, they seem to have a good working relationship. I remember after his volley against Burnley he went straight to Gianfranco and hugged him.

If I were a manager, I'd struggle to put him anywhere else, don't know how he ended up at RB!
At Watford we play 3-5-2 where he plays with Hogg at DM. Hogg lies very deep so Chalobah does have a licence to push further up than he may have done in the past. It's working very well for him.
