April 25, 200916 yr we all have over 73 so have to try with the masses on Thurs Fingers crossed so will be up early on the bloddy internet What I can't understand is why the teams supporters get 1/2 and the mates of the FA and of course the corporates get the other half It should be 70/30 or at least 65/35 Hope Chelsea put up a fight and get more as this whatit seems they are trying to do
April 30, 200916 yr Well finally got them after not getting very far on the internet trying from 7am and still no joy and 9am I got on through the telephone at 9.05 Its clear the internet can't cope with the demand so why sell only 5% on phone and at box office - the girl said the queues at the bridge were long and winding - obviously people not wanting to take a chance with the internet - then to cap it all off they were having a problem processing visa cards so I had to pay with a cc Sort it out Chelsea The other solution would be to state the exact loyalty point level at which you would be guaranteed a ticket and give those people all day then there wouldn't be such a mad surge at 7 and 9am- not knowing if 65 and above would give you a rats hope of getting one - too easy for them to figure that one out
April 30, 200916 yr Author I got mine this morning online. It took about 25 minutes of continuously trying to log on. I don't trust the queuing system they have when busy so I just keep trying to log on afresh each time. It's bloody monotonous but a lot easier then going to the ground.
May 1, 200916 yr Well I not looked into my points but apprently altought I hardly miss a game I dont have enough loyality points so could not buy till yesterday then when went to book sold out...., the error I have obviously made is not always to buy tickets through the offical ticket office, so sadly I have missed out on cup final tickets ... I am hacked off but funnily enough not as much as the Bara ticket stich up ! Anyway we need a shed end Banner Carrier for the final, cos sadly it is not going ot me. Any offers ?

Funnily enough I'm not nearly as annoyed as missing the Barca game, because I knew I'd be in some sort of ballot, rather than having my own seat (which I supposed to have 1st refusal on) sold from under my feet. Really pissed off............. it's just stupid . You should get at least 5 loyalty points for every year you are a season ticket holder at the start of each season . Fed up of JCL's who turned up in the last 2 years having the same rights as long standing season ticket holders
