A nice article about the EPL trophy visiting the Ugandan town of Katine

http://www.guardian.co.uk/katine/blog/2009...r-league-trophy

No one got to touch it. No one ever gets to touch it. "Ah-ah, don't go any closer please," was Russell's constant warning yesterday to the hundreds of Katine villages who lined up to have snaps taken beside the grail. There is disappointment but no revolt; basking in its presence will suffice. "I'm so happy," beamed 19-year-old Daniel Okei. "I thought that trophy only existed on TV. But now I've been closer to it than Steven Gerrard ever has!"

Boom.

Starfish?

(thats a new one on me)

Really ? Seriously ? You have not been involved in the great quarterly Gerrrard bashing ? Where were you ?

Shame, really. Starfish is his new name. It derives from the Starfish-shaped dives he has patented. If I'm not mistaken, we still have the name "Gerrard" change into Starfish automatically.

EDIT: apparently no longer

Didn't it also automatically change into "National Traitor" at one point?
