Posted August 8, 200915 yr I'm trying to download a piece of free software to convert a Word document to PDF. I've tried a few sites but keep getting this message: This download has been blocked by your Security Zone Policy. I have free AVG anti-virus and also "Spyware Terminator". Could either of these be responsible? I can't recall the last time I tried to download something, so not sure if this is a new problem. If anyone can help I'd be most grateful! Thanks in advance. Kenwyn

August 10, 200915 yr If you can help me, dickywuh, I promise I'll never poke fun at your wee letters again. A friend has sent me some photos in a zipped file. I click to download them and I am told that my trial version of Winrar has expired. Throwing caution to the wind, I remortgage my house and click BUY ONLINE. It then offers me a mindbogglingly confusing list of options to choose from. I give up. I have Windows Vista. I use Mozilla Firefox to download things. What should I click on to buy this piece of software so that I can view these photos?
August 10, 200915 yr OOOH a double whammy! I don't have to spend any money and I still get to poke fun at dickywuh's wee letters! Thanks, Loz!
