bjd, I think you're behind the times mate. don't want to embarrass you, but I think the consensus is big sam did fix the blackburn game, but fortunately his players were too incompetent to follow through, conspiring to keep a clean sheet.

That draw was made at 1 in the afternoon. Platini was striking due to that falling in his lunch three hour.

At least this year I will be watching the remaining matches for the sake of the football, nothing else. Loved to win this one day, unfortunately it doesn't look like it will happen soon. :)

I won't be going out of my way to watch any more CL games this year...haven't seen one since our interest in the competition ended.

Platini will be happy no doubt, hopefully Europe has the sense to vote against him and kick the stupid bugger our at the election.
