Watching the el Classico last night it hit me. All the cheating aside, Barca looked just as gutless as Arsenal in the final 3rd until Messi made the difference. I'd wager if you gave Arsenal Messi they'd be just as successful. Thoughts?

If you gave QPR Messi, they would be a pretty good team. He is virtually unmarkable at times.

All kidding aside, with Messi, any of the top 6 teams in the Premier League (and that includes Rottenham) would run away with the title, and probably be on par with Barca (who would still be a great team without him) to win the CL.

And there was me thinking the difference between the two teams was that Barcelona have won a trophy or two in the last 5 years.

I wonder if you gave Barca Fabregas if the'yd be as bad as Arsenal?
