Gabriel clarke

Featured Replies

Is it just me or has Gabriel Clarke been a right d**k of late???

All his questions are worded in a way that a genuine reply could be mud-interpreted and if the player doesn't give him the answer he is hoping for then he will literally try to out words in

People's mouths

And the way he interviewed ivanovic purely to break his heart about not playing in Munich was a disgrace

That was Geoff Shreeves on Sky, unlike Clarke also did so.

I was watching it on a stream of Al Jazeera, they had uncle Fester, Steve McManaman and Ruud on. They were taking the piss out of Gabriel Clarke for asking everyone about whether the ball crossed the line and saying it was inconclusive... Steve McManaman was agreeing that it didn't cross the line and was completely conclusive.

Also, at the end of it they were all saying it was a pleasure and goodbye and all that, except for McManaman who went 'it wasn't a pleasure, Liverpool lost'. If they get the coverage over here and it's as laid back and well done as it has been from what I've seen, I'm all for it.

I watched the game on ITV, who were so pro-scouser/anti-Chelsea it was farcical.

Pre-match, all we got was pictures of the scouse fans, and had to put up with an entire rendition of YNWA showing the scum holding their pox-ridden scarves aloft as the song was blaring from the speakers. Then as a Chelsea song came on, ITV went to a commercial break. I don't think I saw a single Chelsea fan shown on TV before the match, f*ckin' disgrace.

Then as the game started, we had to endure the extremely biased anti-Chelsea sh*te that we've become accustomed to from Andy 'C*nt' Townsend. He was whinging on and on and on that he was convinced the ball had crossed the line, and continued until after the game finished. F*ck off Townsend, you sad excuse for a man!

So, all in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the match, and my happiness was increased by the knowledge that so many deluded scousers and anti-Chelsea media scum would be tearing their hair out - a great day!

I'm starting to get really annoyed by the post-match interviews, espacially when they interview Di Matteo. No one really talked about the fact that we just won, it was the same three questions: how will you cope without Ramires, Ivan, etc... in the Final; you won't be making fourth; and dubious decisions concerning the goal (the ESPN interview was actually not bad I have to admit). Di Matteo put them all back into their places so cooly, and that makes me want him more and more as our permenant manager.

You guys are all spoilt! Here on the Norwegian satellite channel showing the match there were 3 pundits alongside the presenter, all ex-Liverpool. Half time analysis was all looking at what improvement Liverpool needed to make. At full time the presenter asked "how does it feel to win the cup" to which one pundit replied, "well I've been on both ends and I know how the Liverpool players feel."

Anyway result that matters!

Yeah I feel a bit if a knob for forgetting that was on sky but nonetheless they are both doing it

They generally try to manipulate the our players and Robbie into given the answer that they want to hear because they can make it out as a controversial statement.

Pleased Robbie is too clever to fall into that trap but I honestly don't see them doing it to any other team than ours.

When they spoke to kenny dalgliesh (who was dignified in defeat may I add) the questions were full of respect for the man, a respect that is lacking when the questions are aimed at us
