It was the record for most clean sheets for 1 club in the Premier League and he's got it.

 

He sure did. I think Zola missed the wall-to-wall blanket coverage in the media to commemorate the special achievement. The Daily Mail ran a 10 page tribute to the great man.

I think he was a good 40 or so behind David James when he broke the 1 club record, and I don't think we've even kept a clean sheet since then.

Here is what I can find on Wiki

Premier League record for fewest appearances required to reach 100 clean sheets, having done so in 180 league appearances.

Čech also won the Golden Glove in both the 2004–05 and 2009–10 seasons.[4]

As of 12 January 2013, ÄŒech has kept 137 clean sheets for Chelsea level with David Seaman's record at a single Premier League club.

He did hold the record for the longest time without conceding in the Czech Republic, France and England but Van-der sar beat that a couple of years back over here. Not sure if anyone has done so in the other leagues.
