Naturally I want to see Luis play as I think he's a quality player, but the fullbacks are doing such a good job that its next to impossible to bench them.

Pretty much.

Not seen enough of Luis to guage how good he is but Dave never puts a foot wrong so unless he get's injured or Ivan is out I can't see him getting in.

Terry, Gaz, Matic, Cesc and Costa are first picks that's for sure. Courtois is making the GK position his own but until Cech leaves there will always be the possibility of him being dropped if from drops.

Terry, Fabregas, Hazard and Costa up there for me.

Azpilicueta (wherever he ends up playing), Terry, Cahill, Matic, Fabregas, Hazard and Costa in my opinion. Oscar and Courtois will likely join those ranks soon enough too.

I wouldn't consider any of our back 4 untouchables right now, a few poor games in a row and any of them would be rotated out for Luis I guarantee. Hazard and Costa I also think would find themselves benched if Jose was unhappy with 2-3 straight games, particularly if Remy kicks on well and with Willian and Schurrle still being quite popular with Jose.

 

Same applies for Courtois and Cech.

 

Matic and Fabregas are the only players in the team I would consider undroppable right now, in large part due to the fact that you're looking at Ramires, Van Ginkel or Mikel as their placement, players not in the same tier of quality.

It’s a huge testament to John Terry that he can be described as part of a new ‘Untouchables’ era whilst being a major part of the first one a decade ago.

A more remarkable feat is that he has stayed at the same level from way back then and can still be called upon to be our Mr Reliable.

Not being funny but most of the team pick themselves instantly for me, there's only really the issue with who plays along side Hazard behind Costa from the likes of Oscar/Willian/Schurrle. 

 

Would be nice to see more of Luis, but Dave has been awesome at left back for two years so there's no point of removing him for the sake of it, and Ivanovic is an absolute machine - no way he's not starting right back on this form.

On current form I'm not sure how any of our defence could be considered untouchable. Great players in their own right but we've already conceded 6 goals. This is unheard of from a Jose team. Hate to say it but if we defend the same against city on Sunday we will concede 6 more. Of course it can be fixed but let's not get carried away scoring loads of goals and forgetting how to defend.

He has yet to debut for them.

Only real competition / question now seems to be Schurrle, Willian or Ramires for that last spot if everyone else stays healthy and in form.
