At 28 Begovic could be an ideal back-up as opposed to someone like Green. I've gone cold on Green and become more convinced of Begovic's prospects.

Funny how the discussion was around who "we could" get rather than who "we should" get.

SImilar to the Remy deal, if we sign Begovic.  Understands his role at the club, will contribute, and here to win things.  Certainly more eager about this than Green

Stoke apparently want Moses, or Bamford or RLC plus £8m for Begovic.

 

Reasonable request, considering we are trying to poach their excellent goalkeeper?

That puts Begovic in the 15 - 20 million bracket !!!
