Will Sparks and Joel Fletcher from Australia are two artists I would recommend and I think you may like possibly unless you're into more the hardstyle genre?

I thought it was just missing a letter A. Some of it being a bit cheesy and all...

 

Seriously though... It's quite a vague "genre". Electronic dance music? That's like a gazillion genres lumped into one!

MMM doesn't sound like my cup of tea - would Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen or Father John Misty record EDM?

 

But I'll have a listen to Will Sparks and Joel Fletcher before dismissing it out of hand.  Thanks for that suggestion, Jezz. And a very Merry Christmas to you.

Just a quick scan of my music libary but I would check out The Prodigy, Basement Jaxx, Boys Noize, Deadmau5, Digitalism, Fatboy Slim, Hertitude, Itch-e & Scratch-e, Justice, Moby, Mylo, Pendulum, Propellerheads, The Avalaches, The Chemical Brothers, The Crystal Method and Utah Saints if I was you. Get on Spotify or Pandora and away you go.

Wouldn't label it "EDM" for the same reason Maksimov already gave, but anything and everything on Fabric London's label (e.g. Joris Voorn - Fabric 83) or DJ-Kicks (e.g. "Kicks 50" by Koze) might be worth a listen.
