Posted July 16, 20168 yr Off to a flyer today at Motherwell. A very comfortable two-nil win with second half goals from Tavernier and Waghorn. The Rangers are back. WATP
July 18, 20168 yr Game tomorrow night against Annan at Ibrox. Should get to see Barton and the others this time out!
July 22, 20168 yr Game day! Plastic pitch which is one of the worst in Scotland so I'd be wary of playing guys like Niko, Barton and McKay. Another win please Rangers. It's live on BT Sports at 7.30 for anyone wanting to watch
July 22, 20168 yr Author DIdn't see tonight's game but from all reports it was another comfortable win. The League Cup is turning out to be a great pre-season tournament for us. I'll look out for a highlights video and post it if I find one.

I'll look out for a highlights video and post it if I find one. I watched the game, Carrickblue. A very comfortable win. Was impressed with Windass's performance. Dodoo did well when he came on. Scored the 3rd goal. Now for Stranraer on Monday.
July 25, 20168 yr Author Watching this Rangers side is like watching a cat play with a mouse. The poor wee thing gets moments of respite but you just know that the coup de grace is coming. Another very promising performance so far tonight.
July 25, 20168 yr Another comfortable victory for the 'Gers. As you say CB, it was like watching a cat play with a mouse. Great strike by Kranjcar.
July 26, 20168 yr Very good performance from the boys. The selection headache is going to be great this season, could field 2 sides of 11 who are all well up to the task. Exciting times for Rangers.
August 6, 20168 yr Author bugger 0-1 but you could see that coming; we're not getting to grips with this in the middle of the park
August 6, 20168 yr Author oh well....could have been sharper in front of goal but a fair start to the campaign
August 13, 20168 yr Still not a great start to the new season, with Warburton in charge they'll hopefully get it right
August 21, 20168 yr Author ok, we've played a game more than Sellick but we're top of the league - back where we belong
August 21, 20168 yr As you say Carrickblue, back where they belong. Here's to a win at Kilmarnock this Friday. And then at Sellick on 10 September. Would be great to get a result there.
August 26, 20168 yr Author Tavernier's freekick was a thing of beauty. We could have nicked it but Killie were organised and worked hard after they went down to 10 men. Kris Boyd of course does what Kris Boyd does. 1-1, fair result.

A thing of beauty and came close to scoring a second. Yes, a draw was a fair result. It would have been interesting to see what would have happened if Dodoo hadn't gone off injured. Has a bit of pace. Next game away to them. A repeat of the semi-final win would be nice.
September 10, 20168 yr Author That Celtic banner "they hung out the flag of war" - deeply provocative. Once again Celtic fail to curb sectarianism within their support. Thing is, I'm not surprised anymore.
September 10, 20168 yr Author Without question Celtic had the better of that first half but Rangers defended really poorly at the corner for their first goal and gifted them the second. Great that we pulled one back before the break. Come on Rangers!
September 10, 20168 yr Author Just when I thought Rangers looked like getting an equaliser, Celtic nick a third. I thought Sinclair looked offside but the goal stood.
September 10, 20168 yr Completely shat on today...long way to go in the season but Barton, kranjcar and ponderous looked like the premier Lge rejects they are...so slow and Celtic looked quicker to the ball throughout
